Brian, their sales person, was very knowledgable and professional. First class company to do business with. These guys know what they are doing and can save you a lot of money if you wall can be repaired.

Dalinghaus was tasked with a very complex, multi-part retaining wall project that involved several engineers, coordination between county and city government, and a handful of homeowners. Had the wall not been remediated, entire backyards (including pools and vegetation) would have been lost and the adjacent homes compromised. The entire Dalinghaus team gave this project a great deal of attention—especially Joe Harris, who went to extreme lengths to ensure that all relevant parties were considering every possible combination of solutions to ensure the best outcome for the best price. While the project took a considerable amount of time, there was never any point during which we did not have access to Dalinghaus personnel—to that end, we were always kept informed of the ongoing progress and potential delays (e.g., permit approval, weather, etc.). Repairs of this nature are never ideal, but Joe made sure to explain every detail as simply as possible so that everyone knew the pros and cons of each decision. Though I hope to never require their expertise again, Dalinghaus would easily be my choice for any structural repairs in the future.

Dalinghaus Rep Brian Novotny came out and looked at my homes Foundation problem and discussed a solution for it. He answered all my questions in detail and I felt very confident about this project ! The job required the installation of 2 Helical Piles. Shortly after he sent me a proposal that was very competitive and I scheduled for their next availability.
The day before installation I received a call from Ryan confirming their arrival time and he answered all my concerns.
Ryan, Joe and Sergio arrived the next morning and got set up and right to work. They overcame every obstacle the job presented in a coordinated manner and with professionalism. They really worked together well as a team ! Also I was very happy to be asked about how I wanted some of the details of the job to be done.
After compacting the soil they did a very good clean up and hosed down the area nicely. Very awesome crew ! !
I also had questions for Jennifer and Caitlin in the office and both were very friendly and helpful resolving all my concerns !
I am extremely impressed and satisfied with my Dalinghaus experience and final product !

As a local Realtor here in south OC, I always recommend Mark Cook at Dalinghaus to my clients whenever we suspect foundation issues or if it is in a neighborhood known for soil and foundation problems. In addition, I also refer him when my clients want to build out a deck off of a slope or any other major projects that require proper stabilization.
After talking to many foundation specialists, you aren’t going to find a more reputable and reasonable specialist. Mark took the time to talk to many clients about their worries and walked them through each project in detail. Foundation repair is no small project and it’s important to hire the best!

Hello all i am a superintendent with details custom builders. For the last three months, I have been on a project in Lake Forest with Dalinghaus as our structural subcontractor. For the last 3 months Ben Conner and his crew have conquered the impossible, day in and day out these 3 guys have put in a substantial amount of work to get through one of the toughest projects I have supervised. These 3 guys have definitely set a new standard to the term “busting your ass” and that’s an understatement. Ben and his crew have been very respectful and have been top notch on communication. I want to thank Ben and his crew for the outstanding performance they did on this project, I look forward to working with you guys again sometime thanks guys.it has been a pleasure.

We recently bought a house and found some cracks in the floor when replacing the old carpet. Dalinghaus gave us a quote and had the repairs done in a timely manner. Workers were very polite and helpful.

Dalinghaus Foundation Repair just completed a blot and brace on the foundation of our 65 year old home.
They did a great job, on time, prompt with replies, always keep us informed. From Brian Novotny the salesperson to Jamie in the office and Matthew who ran the crew who did the installation, they were very professional, personable and efficient. Recommend them without qualification.

From the salesman to the work being done Dalinghaus did an amazing job on our slab crack. They used carbon fiber stitches. Our slab was uneven and they grinded it down to perfection. We couldn’t be more thankful!
