horrible customer service every time I go. Whether it's the pharmacy being open but "not able to to fulfill prescriptions" them refusing customers restroom facilities, then being understaffed, or just a plain bad attitude... I'm finding a different pharmacy. I'd rather pay more at Walgreens.

Wela the pharmacist while asking her to explain a prescription of previous pickup she definitely showed signs of frustration and for someone without the background of pharmacology school I noticed her semi rude attitude. At the end she stated " I'm sorry I have other things to do" shouldn't be tolerated in that position. I was calm and I said thank you but again when dealing with certain medication the attitude of this pharmacist is anything but acceptable. Please talk with her about perhaps explaining things in a way everyone could understand and leave the negative attitude at home.

No public restrooms in a facility where many customers are experiencing health issues. Pharmacy staff rude.

Drive thru is disgusting, bird crap and spider nests...needs a thorough cleaning ASAP. Employees always seem to be bothered by customers presence.

Sometimes cvs store managers like to pretend they are ruining a Walmart or Costco. They are basically running a convenience store like a liquor store the pharmacy is managed separately. This store manger is one of those mangers who will alway keep this from being a good store. They don’t have near enough sales to have enough hours. When you run a slow store like this the manager has to be willing to help out the people up front. This manger wants to pretend he’s done executive. He’s not! Get up there help with the register and photos you lazy bum.

Stopped by to drop off a UPS package and shop. My 9yr old son had to use the restroom really bad. Employee (Jenny) refused to allow him to use the restroom saying they didn’t allow customers to use their restrooms. Wow!!!!! My son is only 9 and she still smiled while saying NO. How would she feel if he grandkids were turned down the way she turned down my son?!?We immediately left to Walgreens which have open clean restrooms for their customers. CVS this is upsetting to say the least. Will not be back to shop.

Bryanna and Jenny were absolutely amazing !!! I had to print out some items they were very patient and helpful the whole time with a positive attitude!!! Please give them a raise for being so outstanding and taking care of the customers !!! I will be coming back to this location :))

This cvs is amazing. I never have a problem there and love all the people there, especially Jenny, they are amazing and the store is always clean. They answer my questions and if I have any problems, they help.

some of my prescriptions cant be filled now due to the e-prescription thing and its kinda in a spot that the drive through gets too much traffic and pickup/drop off lanes need to beadded otherwise inside the place is rather neat and organized

Anytime you go here and they lie and say money gram is down stay there call money gram and explain to them the system is down or they are lying. Cvs lies because they can’t train the employees money gram willCall the store and ask what’s wrong and then tell them how to fix it. They advertise they do money gram but shut it off because they don’t want it deal with the scams. Wait why don’t do money gram or do it

Monien was extremely helpful, these pharmacist always are helpful despite me being a pain due to my travel schedule they have always helped if they could. Thank you Monien for educating me and helping out one more time.

I primarily go to CVS for my prescription medication. I use the drive thru very frequently. 9/10 times everything goes to plan and I get my meds w/o difficulty. It's usually a smooth transaction that only takes a few minutes of my time.
