This is the worse tire place EVER !!!
sell new tires with warranty they don’t stand by !!! Then go back to replace tires the don’t have same brand … Horrible customer service employees can’t explain anything to you !!! calls someone on the phone who probably don’t even work here !!! Please don’t NOT go to Cruz tires !!!!!!

They are amazing. I had a flat tire that would not hold air. They got me right in and got me tires. Luis and Jose were great and it was such a relief. 10 out of 10 recommended

I was reluctant to go deal with a tire shop paying alot and dealing with a long wait. These guys made my day though cheaper than I thought and they were done in like 15 mins this is my new spot.

Unprofessional, if you’re a woman don’t come here alone they like to take advantage of females. The owners son was very rude you could tell he has no customer service experience. The owner as well was rude and damaged my vehicle with the tire as well. They lied to me about prices and tried to rob me 60$ for a used worn and torn tire. I understand it’s used but 60$ for something that has chips and cracks on it? Made no sense to me. Horrible place!Service: Tires

The two young men that work there are rude they have an attitude problem they don't say hello they talk to you in a grumpy way as if they where working by force or free I got to meet them both for my first time due to needing tire services again. I say hello in a nice way the very first thing he tells me is "what do you need" in a very straight forward demanding rude tone. I'm a returning customer I had the honorable chance to meet their dad the first time.Very nice kind respectful person we had a good talk before about sports cars and tires. I know they were his son's because he mentioned that they are there at the shop most of the time. the dad sets a good standard on how to be nice kind not arrogant and well mannered roll model, his son's can learn from him alote.I don't plan to go back again after that experience with them I told the young boy to give me back the set and went to another shop in the city. I put up with their attitude for a couple minutes thinking they would realize and straighten out but I have respect for my self and I couldn't take it so i just told them Nevermind and left. This is my honest raw review thankyou for reading.

Horrible job dude ruined my tire didn't tight bolt and when I drove away tire broke off and sold me a flat tire the worst 100 buck I've ever spent in my life
