Gabby is the best! She's knowledgeable and efficient and so friendly. She could see I was upset about having to buy my son another phone and she made me feel so much better with a hug. She really cares. You don't find compassionate people anymore these days. Gabby is one of a kind! She's a gem of an employee and definitely deserves a raise! She made my rough day a lot easier. STAY AWAY FROM this COMPANY, they SCAM you out of your money and there is NO ONE you can talk to to resolve any problems!! This is a horrible business who lied to us about service and the contract since day one. Spoke to a girl named Tabby who said she was the assistant manager. Tabby told us on day two of our contract that there was nothing she was going to do about us not receiving service on our new phones. She said she would only refund us $25 of the $411.89 I gave them the day before. She told me to call customer service if I had a problem. I did. What a joke!!! Day after day I called just to be disconnected or hung up on. A manager at customer service named Fernando ID# JM68T, told me he would not refund me my service payment for a service I have yet to get. STAY AWAY FROM this COMPANY, they SCAM you out of your money and there is NO ONE you can talk to to resolve any problems!!

First of all. I was giving Cricket Wireless a try. I was going to get my whole family to switch I was looking for 4 iPhones and I was told to wait a few days The store had to find them. I never got a call back. I was talking to Verizon about me switching. Verizon got me on a better plan. I will now be paying about the same. Once I took off the insurance off 3 of the phones I had that were older I saved $50 dollars. I'm staying with Verizon. Cricket is not that great. But if you can't afford a plan and are on a low income check out www.truconnect.com free 100 percent phone with 1000 texts and minutes.

Associate Lisa is wonderful at her job. Very personable, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. My Cricket phone of 4 years wouldn't receive or make calls anymore, so . . . . I needed to purchase a new one. Bought a Nokia. Great store.

I mistakenly gave it bad rating few minutes ago. I thought it was asking about the Perris one which is the worst store to go to. This Lake Elsinor one is nice and really has the best customer service. The employees are knowlagable and take the time to explain everything you need or ask.

Very unhappy. I would give a zero if I could. This is only my second bad review in my lifetime of any establishment! New guy of 4 days, not up to speed and supervisor Melissa M. No help and RUDE! Just wanted to talk to the Spanish speaking customers... Got only a one sentence response to my son. Took hours to activate a new phone! We were told multiple prices over and over. So many problems with the staff here... so much better service in previous location in Carlsbad.

This place I believe doesn't care about there customers im not talking about all of cricket just this particular location the employees there are meant to milk customers to the last dime will say you need useless accessories and keep pushing you to buy them will try to sale you a phones that are total trash so do yourself of favor and dont come here absolutely disgusting!
