Price is not necessarily the best deal in town. Service is slow. Many people purchase tires and batteries here just because we trust the name COSTCO but not necessarily the best deal. Selection of product is also limited.

America's other tire chain told me I needed new tires a couple years ago which seemed too soon (as I bought tires from Costco only two years earlier). They would not rotate my tires so I went to Costco instead .Costco told me I was good for around a couple more years based on my driving history. Here I am two years later with a bolt in my tire so I bought new tires since it's pretty close to time after 4 rotations and 20,000 + miles driven.I appreciate the honesty and great deal.

I waited for tires to come on sale, and I purchased them online through Costco. Today (1/26/2024) I had an appointment to get them installed at lake Elsinore @ 10AM. The guy checking people in was very busy but he got us in timely. He told me it would be an hour and 15 minutes. And it was exactly 1 hour when he called me and told me it was completed. Overall experience was great. Highly recommend them. And I got to shop for a few items while I waited. ?

At Costco you definitely save $$ in the long run.I come here to save on Paper Towels, TP, Coffee Beans, Creamer, Avocados , Bread, etc. The 2 Dozen Roses price blows away Flower Shop prices except on Mother's Day & Valentines Day.Some items are Rarely stocked like Seaweed Salad @ $9.99. Such a deal, four times as much as you'd get at Vons or a grocery store.Sometimes when I've got the time I'll walk all the aisles to see stuff I've missed, and it's good exercise.

Alex 'who apparently is the manager' at this place is Rude and has not clue what he's talking about. I looked up something he told me I couldn't return, a ring that broke into two pieces but he told me I couldn't return it, said "Sorry nothing we can do". but Costco's Policy says it has a Risk-Free 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on their products, nothing says unless a diamond is missing. If Costco sells me a defective product and it breaks in half obviously a small diamond in the ring is going to go missing. that doesn't void the policy and if it does it needs to state it otherwise don't buy Jewelry at Costco buy it with someone that you can have piece of mind knowing the product isn't defective.

The food court staff is rude most of the time. When it gets busy, they get flustered & take it out on customers. If you're not happy or can't take the heat, just quit & let someone else do a better job... otherwise just try to b nicer to customers. It's not that hard.

Food court: Caesar chicken salad!!! double check your food before eating it! Found a few bugs in the chicken Caesar salad that we bought in the food court.

We always get good deals here. Don, one of the managers is always very helpful and knowledgeable. If you have any questions, seek him out and he will help you. Today I got for new tires. It cost cost $824 after tax and installation and everything. They were very prompt and polite in the tire center. I would have preferred to pay less, but tires are expensive.

Costco worker Casey, helped a customer by lifting a heavy T.V without being asked. He had offered without being asked and when he had finished helping he had taken the orange cart back for the customer which we all had found very nice. Casey deserve's a raise we all agree.

Every time I come to this Costco I always have horrible customer service. I ask someone for help with an item and they seem bother that I asked them. Last time I come to this Costco.

Horrible experience. Their machines push out blank receipts and I have to chase someone down to have them scan my Costco card and verify my purchase. Why am I responsible for making sure their machines are working?

I have been coming to Costco since I was a kid. And I wanted to say how much I appreciate this business and its employees. There is an attitude of care and honor that is not common, and it's such a joy to visit businesses that have it! they are attentive to needs, and dedicated to excellent service for their customers. Quality company! I will forever value and support this business!

Employee named DIMA is a complete stupid individual. She's working as customer service/ cashier and she got bothered I wanted to make 2 separate transactions. I came with my mother who has membership, I wanted to pay my items separately. She got bothered and said we would have to pay cash or card I asked her what's the problem if she's my mom? She gave me an attitude and says it's not your membership so she you have to either pay cash or card. The thing is she could have just done one transaction at a time but she chose to just start an argument over something so simple. Then she just went on tossing my clothes in my basket as if she couldn't place it in nicely. She was obviously bothered. I'm not speaking to no manager because I know they won't do crap. But I do know reviews on here stay here which will bother costco. I work as a cashier myself and I know that isn't the proper way to solve in issue. My mother was besides me, I'm not using a strangers membership.

I arrived early to an appointment on 8/24/22 at 11am to install new tires. They promised a phone call when work was done, but after waiting 2 hours I found the car in the parking lot and the invoice indicated that it had been finished 1 hour earlier. After driving a few miles, the car warned of one of the new tires severely underinflated by 12 psi, the others were overinflated by 5 psi (cold). Finally, one of the air caps was missing. Hope Costco takes notice and does something to improve.

Totally disappointed with the temporary rearrangement of the store. Nothing is here like it use to be. Shame on you COSTCO
