Never answered my phone calls in a span of two weeks. I tried walking in around 4PM, and another day at 3:30PM, and the door to the business was always locked. A complete shame.

Extremely happy with the end result. My baby looks brand new and so clean. I am very happy. All the staff is very friendly and overall I had a good experience. I used them through my insurance, whole process was smooth with no issues

Collision Pros were great to work with. They communicated regularly with us throughout the process, and worked hard on our behalf with our insurance company to keep things moving. Very happy with the repairs they did. Would definitely use them again, if we had the need for another repair.

Had a really great experience at Collision Pros. I was sent her by my insurance for repairs needed due to an accident. They were quick to fit me in and had my vehicle back to me in perfect condition within 2 weeks. The ladies up front handled all the insurance claims for me and made the whole experience a breeze. I’ll be back should I ever need them again ( fingers crossed).

Collision Pros came to the rescue after another vendor damaged my brand new vehicle. They went above and beyond to make sure my Palisade was back to better than perfect condition when returned to me. I can't thank Nicole and the staff at Collision Pros enough for making this as easy and stress free as possible. I highly recommend them for any paint and bodywork you need.

I do not recommend this body shop, it took me 4 months to repair my car and I returned 3 times.
1 the color is not the same as the car.
2 will not install the clips on the fenders.
3 I found that a light in front broke it, and I didn't realize it until 2 days.

I hit a guard rail at full speed completely tearing up one corner of my car. Collision Pros mediated with my insurance company and fought to get all of the damage covered. My car is a 2023 so they had to order all of the parts new and rebuild the front of my car. It looks like nothing ever happened to it. Its perfect.

Walked in for an estimate was out 15 mins later with an appointment to bring my car back. Dropped my car off on a Monday and picked it up on Friday. Nicole kept me informed every step of the way. Car looks good as new! Thanks for making this experience quick and easy. Will recommend to those I know!
