Not my fault but i ended up getting one of those "new" drivers license cards back in 2019. It wont scan at 90% of registers and thats fine because its clearly a valid government issued ID with a date that can be entered manually.Unfortunately the lady working here today is completely lazy and refused to enter it manually. She claimed if it doesnt scan she cant sell me cigarettes which is false. This is actually the first gas station i came to when i moved here 6 months ago. Im even a member of their dumb rewards program. Theyve literally sold me cigarettes dozens of times. She just didnt want to take the time to enter the date manually, she essentially just refused to do her job on the grounds that 30 seconds of her life is more important than the 5 minutes i just spent waiting in line for her to slowly ring everyone up. this is the only time i have EVER had my ID refused in my entire life.Whats the point of going to the only gas station in the world that wont accept my ID? That is why i will avoid this place even if i run out of gas accross the street and am literally about to die of dehydration. Yall can kick rocks.

It was hot around 110 and I purchased 2 large water bottles and a sports drink. After I payed with my card the clerk was talking about the heat. I replied I know I work outdoors. I told her that I was going back to work and asked if I can take a cup of ice for my drinks I purchased for about $10. She said yes but the cup of ice would be 30 cents more. I reached in my pocket for change but had none. I explained I didn't want to swipe my card again for 30 cents! Needless to say not happy with there service

Adel was rude. I'm picking a soda out at the soda fountain. Didn't like the syrup ratio on the Dr. Pepper, so I dump it out. Adel yells out "why?" I tell him it didn't have enough syrup and the guy just shakes his head. I apologized to him. Still. Wasn't necessary at all.

I I have been going to this gas station since August 1st 1989 when I moved to Lake Elsinore I want to commend you on the newest manager, Ashley. She is the BEST manager we have ever had here! She keeps the station spotless, she cares about her customers, and she really knows the products she sells. And of course there's Barbara...! I love her and so does EVERYONE ELSE town! I WOULD GIVE YOU MORE STARS if I could!! IF YOU'RE IN TOWN GO TO THE STATION!

The price of gas here often varies but I find it to be the cheapest among all chevron stations nearby. I travel to menifee and pass many stations and this one always is a few cents cheaper. It can be a hit or miss on some days.

Absolute worst gas station I have ever been to. Do yourself a favour and use the Ampm/Arco across the street. If I could use 0 stars I would. I am enfuriated every time I go in. Evening customer service reaks. I don't normally post negative reviews. But if you want to improve sales, start by improving Suki's attitude.

This rating is for this location but I also want to say I've never had a bad experience at Chevron. Every time I come here they are polite. They greet me with a smile, the bathroom is clean, the store is clean (even the windows which I always notice since I used to work in retail stores), the customer service is always great! Today I came in and the cashier was busy in the store, he still greeted me when I came in and by the time I made it to the register he was there, ready to ring me up with a kind attitude. THIS is how you treat a customer!! You guys should be proud.

Worst service! I'm standing out here in the cold waiting for an incompetent attendant to clear my pump so I can pump my gas. This is the 2nd pump I had to move to. Unacceptable. If it wasn't for my car needing gas I'd avoid this place.

I have been coming to this station for well over a year, I fill up twice a week and am always stopping here on my way to work to grab a drink. Always had great service till today December 7th at 4:18am. The clerk gave me a torn bill and I asked him to replace it with another bill. He said "no not really, it's still good to spend" I know that if a bill is torn it is considered mutilated and should be turned in. So I told him that. He said "well the serial number is still intact" where is the customer service? Where was the "let me take care of that for you"? I guess he forgot that he is in a customer service roll and arguing with a customer is easier. Then from the guys body language I could tell he was making a big deal about it to the next customer in line. I know the customer is not always right, but they should be treated like they are. I guess I can take my business to the mobil station down the street.
