Mike was awesome to deal with. I will go out on a limb and say that no dealer would have gone through what they did to create a happy boat buyer. The staff and Mike and Mike went above and beyond to move Mountains to get the boat I wanted built on time the way I wanted it. Even though I had never been on an RI245 they made it happen and not only locally brought it to shallower river water 4 hours away to see how it performed where I would be using the boat. A+ for customer service, knowledge of the boating industry and water sports. Great company to do business with.

I have been working extensively with Ben over at Cal Skier. After doing demos from several other dealers and different manufacturers we decided to make our Ri230 purchase with California Skier. They genuinely care about making sure you are fitted into the boat that fits your needs and lifestyle. They have been incredibly patient with my endless wavering and changes. What a great place to buy a boat! We have owned a couple boats as a family and have never had a great relationship with the seller after we bought the boat. It is so nice to be able to contact them for any boat troubles or anything we need out on the water! They are very respectful and responsive. Highly recommend to buy here - your not just getting an amazing boat, your apart of the California Skier family as well!!

The team at Cali Skier service center has been great to work with over the years. We have had our boat in for service many times with them and they always go above and beyond for us. When we bought our boat from them we wanted a few extra add ons done and they knocked it out of the park. Always our go to for anything boat related.

Do not use this company for service. Paid hundreds to have trailer recarpeted. They only did a small part and left areas with ripped and damaged carpet. Apparently asking to have trailer recarpeted is a selective area job? I haven't uncovered the boat to see if the other repairs are done, but I am disappointed with the openly visual not completed repair.

Gold service and attitude. Mike sat with me in a boat back during the Elsinore fires. Provided a lot of information and just spent time like we were on the lake. I did not pull the trigger. Few more years of shopping i decide to inquire about a new MB on the lot. Mike responds. Spent a few hours with Ben on a demo. Great time. And walah we have made a deal. Thanks Mike and Ben.
