“The individual, Ebony at the branch I was serviced at made me feel at home and did an EXCELLENT job at checking off all definitions of excellent Customer Service-- She 'defines' customer service. It's been years since I've experienced anything as close to as genuine and professional as her. How can someone that you barely even know show you a glimpse of hope for your financial needs in times of distress? Ebony pulled through for me. You helped me open an account and even reassured me that in six months we will see that number be achieved in terms of Savings and Credit Score. Even if we don't land near by our goal, or if I had huge doubts, you managed to turn that around by being an awesome, professional human-being that could relate to the customer on a wide spectrum of understanding. 100% felt zero judgement in her eyes! “I don't make too many visits to the bank. That said I had 3 or 4 things I wanted to accomplish on my resent visit to the Lake Elsinore branch. The branch was pretty busy I did not know it's one of the few branches open on Saturday. When I entered the line was pretty long. I was immediately greeted and asked the nature of my visit if I needed help other than with a teller. Misty was her name I am assuming a manager. Misty took me overt to a booth and was able to handle all my needs. She was extremely helpful professional and courteous. She gets it. I was in and out in short order and handled several things. “Staff is always friendly when I come here, ATMs have worked phenomenal when not needing to go inside. If it’s slow, having an IT background , the bank can’t control that at times. It’s more of a network issue. Be patient. Inside it is always clean, refreshing and great customer service from the staff. A lot of customers come through here so if you’re in a rush, come back another day. Don’t blame the staff for your piss poor planning to need something in a rush. Come when you have time because today at noon it can be packed and tomorrow empty but don’t base your one time experience to always be the same other than the customer service. Never had any issues, I will definitely be coming here again.”
