... I just needed to ask a question and deposit some cash... took me about 10 minutes to put my sleeping baby in his stroller. One of the workers saw me and quickly locked the door. We walked up before 4 pm, which is when they close.... So I load my baby back in the car, as I'm doing so they all come out ready to leave and look nervous. They look at me, I look at them, some snicker and then they disperse and get I to their cars... I will not be returning

These people are so stupid they don't pay any attention to their customers. They wouldn't even cash a payroll check because I didn't have enough funds in one of my accounts to cover it They are going to lose all of my business, and I will make it obvious. They don't listen. They don't act. They don't care. When I told them "you are going to lose a lot of business" the response was "this policy went into effect a year ago and it hasn't affected us yet." NOTE: B of A Stocks are off by 30% since this policy went into effect. And I have 7 accounts there. Cheers.

I went in to open a new account at this BofA for the first time. I probably should have booked an appointment to sit down with a Banker but luckily I was helped by Denisse Brady due to her appointment slot opening because client didnt show up. She's very professional, welcoming and attentive on helping you banking needs situated. Thanks again Denisse.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! I have never in my entire life been treated so poorly. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK! The woman who "claims" to be the manager was beyond rude when I was trying to get information about a simple task. When she started cutting me off and raising her voice I let her know that her reviews online were bad and I should have listened to the other patrons of her establishment. She proceeded to raise her voice and tell me I was wrong. Needless to say after 10+ years with Bank of America I will be changing banks all together because of her poor attitude and lack of customer service. Again I say, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD.

Yesterday both my husband and I recieved terrible customer service from a female teller that was so loud and sarcastic it even made other customers uncomfortable not to mention us. We were there to make a deposit and a small withdrawl to be able to send some money to my son that was on a last minute 4 day business trip in Hawaii. She rudely and super loudly said things like who goes to Hawaii without money and frequently quoted personal information about our existing account balance and deposit we were there to make so that other customers and employees kept turning to look at her. We've been customers of B of A since 1974 and never had we experienced such an embarrassment. The only good thing out of this encounter was that the needed funds would be available the next day rather then what we had been quoted by another representative over the phone which was wrong. In anycase having worked in customer service for over 40 years here's some much needed advise....its all about courtesy and concern. Treat others with respect and acknowledge with a positive attitude wheather or not things can or cannot be done as being requested by the customer. It's not ever necessary to be unkind and down talk to them. Also beaware that you are the daily face of your bank stay positive and always give assurance no matter the situation outcome. Unfortunately this time around the low rating was well deserved.

One of the female tellers was rude and loud to where other customers and clerks turned and looked at her and could hear her talking down to my husband and i in an extremely loud, super loud rude voice. She was scolding us as if we were children addressing how we only had xxx in our account and therefore couldn't get the amount we needed until the deposit we were making cleared etc... it was a state check and all we wanted was to access a small part of the money asap. She said it normally is released the following day and we were relieved to here that after her strongly opinionated comments about my son and our need for the money. We had previously been misinformed by another bank representative that said it would not be until monday being that today was Friday. So once she said it would be done the following day which was saturday and not monday we were happy. However she seemed frustrated and rude as we thanked her and explained how we thought it wasn't going to be available so soon but were now very happy to have access to it on the very next day as my son had left to Hawaii on a last minute business trip and was in need of money asap. The following day would work fine for us all. She proceeded to loudly say how does someone go to hawaii without money etc..WHAT??? she was making fun of my son and it was uncalled for. At the end as we thanked her for her help she didn't even look up at us as if she was upset or frustrated with our lack of knowledge of their deposit rules or something not sure why etc...unfortunately for her she lacks proper customer service and respect. Her loud talking which made even other bank customers uncomfortable as they turned and looked at her was uncalled for and her harsh opinion on the reason for our request was unneeded. Our main concern was to have access to some of the money asap. She should've been glad to say that it would be available the next day etc...and not dwell on loudly saying over and over on how little we had in the bank to be able to pull it out that day. She should've started with that it would be available the next day and all would've been avoided. Her comments about my son and his needs were offensive and truly not necessary. Remember courtesy and concern followed by professional acknowledgement and response is the proper way to handle business. No need to be offensive condensending and loud. I've done business with bank of america since 1974 and I've never had such an awful encounter. Sad!

Worst bank in the world. Made 3 appointment at the facility in Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore. Trying to open my daughter's first bank account and every time, each individual I spoke to, something else was always required from my daughter and myself. I have always hated bank of America for over 30 years when I had them. Closed my account after 1 month. Time for my daughter to go to my bank!!!!

This place has 1 star! That should say something! I walked in to open up a business account and no one even acknowledged me and finally when they did, they immediately said they were busy and were closing soon (It was an hour before they close) and another customer was upset about something and the manager was literally raising her voice at the customer. After that she said, "they will see if they have time." And I said nooooo thank you. I will go to a different bank.

If Bank of America cared about their customers they’d have better customer service and people answering the posts on here I’ve been with them for since 1993 seems like I’m going to have to find another bank
