“We are all so busy these days--holidays are coming, troubling news regarding the wars in Ukraine and Israel, grocery prices increasing, and just every day life.So, it is such a pleasant and diverting experience to actually encounter a cashier who is busy & efficiently checking out groceries and at the same timeis able to make you feel like you are the most important customer of the day.Her name is Nessa at the Canyon Hills Stater Bros in Lake Elsinore. Even though she may have a longer line than other cashiers, I still join her line. As I see others are doing the same. She has a very kind and generous spirit. When I walk out of the store I always have a smile on my face. So kudos and accolades to NESSA!”

“This place was a life saver, I was having a hard time cashing my tax return check of 14k because I have no bank account and no check cashing place wanted to cash it but thankfully I was referred to California check cashing and they were able to do it. Jessica was ALOT of help and super nice and was able to cash my check in about a hour. They weren't able to give me the full amount in cash because the business is small and I'm sure they didn't want to give out all the cash they had so they gave the rest in money orders in which I was told I can cash them free of change Highly recommend”

“I don't make too many visits to the bank. That said I had 3 or 4 things I wanted to accomplish on my resent visit to the Lake Elsinore branch. The branch was pretty busy I did not know it's one of the few branches open on Saturday. When I entered the line was pretty long. I was immediately greeted and asked the nature of my visit if I needed help other than with a teller. Misty was her name I am assuming a manager. Misty took me overt to a booth and was able to handle all my needs. She was extremely helpful professional and courteous. She gets it. I was in and out in short order and handled several things.
