Bad customer service Never come back Don't wash your car there, it will damage your car and they don't care even their fault. The manager there never returned call, very bad!!!

Love the location of this gas station because it gives you a last attempt at affording decent gas before making it to Corona or to Murrieta, depending on your direction on the 15 freeway. Southbound, it's right before the outlet stores in Lake Elsinore. Northbound, it's right after the outlet stores.

I live in a neighborhood where there are murders, bums, crack heads, etc at our local Arco… yet the staff is still kind and working with a positive attitude.There are two overweight Hispanic females that work at this location on the day shift and sometimes the night shift. Both seem to be in their late 20’s or early 30’s, and both have terrible attitudes with customers and do not deserve employment in a customer service role. It’s like they get pissed whenever a customer needs to be cashed out, or that helping a customer comes as an inconvenience.A few times I would be standing at the counter waiting to be cashed out, while they would both be on their phone, not even acknowledging that I was there until THEIR business was done.If you ladies are viewing this, do all of us a favor and just quit. There are people who will gladly fill your positions and come to work with a positive attitude. There are people that will be grateful for being employed, unlike you.
