worst fucking ampm and the shitty guy who works there every night is the fucking biggest asshole , makes me pay for something 3 fucking times and then declines the transaction and keeps saying if you don't have enough don't buy it when I'm trying to pay card , every time I come to this location at night I have a horrible experience.

Don't get gas very rude management and dirty bathrooms and don't care about customers. If you run out of gas and cost into a gas pump be ready to hear the staff to tell you to move your vehicle or they will tow your vehicle if it sit longer then an hour but will let the elderly homeless park in a parking spot for day at a time or weeks at a time not caring

Place doesn't even accept credit card and it's gross. I can't understand how a company doesn't have full functions most other gas stations offer. Should just gone across the street.

I passed through here with my family after a long day at Legoland. There were two workers behind the counter, Cristina and Juan who were so rude it was literally beyond me. My friend and I were being checked out at the counter with Cristina. Juan who was counting his drawer off to the house misinterpreted what was said to Cristina and told us if we are going to have a f****** attitude we could get out. Leaving us confused as to where this is coming from. Words were exchanged where he proceeded to cuss us out. He called me a black bitch, a nigger, told me to get my broke ass out, and even made fun of my glasses. He said that his mom owns the store so he could talk to us how he wants. Says she's the manager but he refused to give her name or any information about the store. We walked out and I came back to see if Cristina would give the information that he wouldn't seeing as she knows nothing ill was said to her. She then became hostile. I asked her for the managers name and she said she didn't know. I said you know who your manager is that makes no sense and she said I don't know there's two. I asked what's both of their names and she started shaking as if in fear and told me I needed to calm down when clearly I was calm. An officer walked in whose name is Carlos who approached us like we were in the wrong before knowing anything that happened. I briefly tried to explain what Juan had said and he interrupts me and says that's not true he didn't say that. He takes us outside where his demeanor becomes much more calm when not around Juan. He says that he wasn't defending him but he knows him personally and usually doesn't act that way. Assumed that we were being kicked out of the store for possible theft and stated that they get a lot of thieves so their always on edge. The problem wasn't that the employees thought we were stealing Juan simply thought we were being rude and was obviously having a bad night and decided to take it out on us. Officer Carlos goes to get the manager and store info, I enter the store behind him and next thing I know a van and pick up truck pulls into the store and about 6-7 people walk in asking Juan if he's ok. His mother/Manager who we were told her name is Ruby walked over looking like she's ready to snap and still calmly I briefly explained what happened again only wanted the store info so a complaint could be made. She said she would handle it and not to file a complaint. We assured her that we would as the treatment and racism experienced was like no other. We're here on family vacation my children were in the car and we most definitely were not there to start any trouble. I've never been so disrespected and the fact that they called their whole family to seemingly intimidate us as well as Officer Carlos is beyond me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

If you want to experience racism this is the store for you. So my friend and I went into this store last night to get some drinks, everything was initially going well with Christina, who then asked me if I wanted a bag I said only if you don't charge because apparently California charges for bags. On the side this young boy name Juan gives my friend and I an attitude, then he starts insulting my friend who is black; he calls her poor, called her black bitch, insulting her glasses and image, just cussing at us, and insulting us. We asked for the managers information he tells us his mom owns the store so he could talk to us like that and do whatever he wants. We went back into the store to ask Christina for the information of the manager and a phone that they had refused prior, but Christina then tells my friend to calm down, which we were calm, I truly felt like they wanted my friend to get out of character, which my friend never did. Then he calls security, Carlos and then Carlos doesn't even want to hear us out, automatically taking Juans side. then a lady came out of a van begging us not to complain, that she would handle it, (probably wouldn't handle because it's her son) just trying to bully us, the way this store acted and their customer service was uncalled for and very inappropriate. It's very sad and unfortunate that racism is alive and this store needs to be held accountable.
