I can't say enough about ARC Financial! After years of 'trying ' other online business accounting services FINALLY ARC Financial has gotten my business taxes and books in order! The knowledge and professionalism from Sally and her staff is far above any I have recieved from other companies.

For at least 2 years I have been waiting for this woman to call me back I've talked to her three or four times she tells me she'll do and call me when she's done and she has yet to call me this is the last year I could resubmit them and I'm very upset because I don't even know how to get a hold of her anymore

I love it here! My husband and I always get our taxes done here. Sally is very nice and very fast with our tax return. I always feel so welcomed. Ryan offers me waters and snacks while I wait for my appointment instead of ignoring me! I'm never going back to another tax place.

Back again this year for Tax preparation and although I walk in anxious every time and although I find out I'll have to pay back I am always treated with kindness and get great professional service! Sally is always willing to listen and explain and answer any of my concerns! So very blest to have found ARC Financial to handle my tax preparation! ARC see you again in 2020!

Although I received good service last year, when I used this service for the first time, unfortunately I can not say the same for this year. Contacted this office late March, spoke to the owner Sally. I explained to her that I had used her service and she seemed to remember me. She told me how busy the office was, which I replied that I was well aware of how late I was contacting the office. We agreed on my dropping off my paperwork. I know she has a drop box. She said that would be fine. I dropped the paperwork off on a Saturday morning, the office was closed during a time they were supposed to be open. I called the office at least 5 times, at different times to make sure someone had received my paperwork. I was told by her staff person Sandra, when I was finally able to speak with a live person that she did not know if Sally had the paper work or not? So I asked that Sally please return my call. A week later NO CALL back. I called again, Sally answered the phone with attitude, big attitude, upset with me for calling so much. I explained to her that I was simply calling to find out if anyone had my paperwork? She was rude, and not professional. It is not my fault as a customer that she says yes to everyone and stresses herself to make the April 15 tax deadline! Will never use this service again. Not to mention I was charged even more money than last year simply because she is bothered with me. Never again!

My husband and I have always used TurboTax but last year we decided to turn to ARC Financial & Tax and we had such a great experience. The receptionist was extremely nice and Sally Freyre was helpful, very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. We will be back with Sally this year to get our taxes done again. Thank you ARC Financial!

I was able to get the appointment time that I wanted. Letticia was so wonderful to work with she has done my taxes for the past two years and makes the process so quick and easy.
