Community living is not always easy. The staff here have always done their jobs with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. From a friendly wave hello to having my work orders completed in a timely manner. If you're looking for a new community in which to live and can meet the criteria. Apply here. The apartments have been recently renovated and updated. The team has done excellent work. A shout out to Coco the manager for adhering to the professional standards that a well cared for community deserves. As a former Lease Consultant and Apartment Manager I know the work involved in keeping up a property. She makes sure everything runs smoothly and it looks effortless. Hey Maintenance!!! You guys are AWESOME as well. Thank you for all of your help in particular to Sal. I appreciate that whenever I do have a problem you get it done. You take pride in your work and you are so professional. I do appreciate each of you. I was just reflecting on how grateful I am that I moved into the right community for me and wanted to share my experience over my 7 yrs here.”

“The Apartment is amazing and calming, the manager Genesis was so sweet! It's too bad she's gone but the new manager is nice too! I hope maybe those two can work together they're both nice and professional! The one thing I don't like, which keeps me from giving a 5 star is the guy who fixes stuff. When you have a broken kitchen, ceiling, or something the Sierra Vista Apartment repair guy doesn't really fix it well. Also, I keep seeing trash and poop on the grass.”

“I received a letter that i got approved last year in November. How do they tell you that a unit is open??? By phone, email. Or mail?? I cant wait to move in i been hearing only good things about this place and when i went to take my application it seem quiet and peaceful and safe like if it was a perfect place for me. Hopefully i get the bews of an opening soon cant wait any longer.”

“First and foremost I’ve been living here for about 7 months now and I’ve never met a staff as lovely. Nate, Maribelle, Rachel (maternity leave ?) and let’s not forgot Camille the manager. Camille has a way about her she means business but she is so nice. If there’s ever anything you need she makes sure it gets done. I can definitely see her in a regional position one day as well as Rachel. They are just Cutt from a different cloth. I have stayed at a many places and not expecting too much from rivers edge actually surprised me as it’s clean everyone you encounter is really nice. Camille is just as authentic as they come, communication is key here when there’s an issue. I thank them for so much you guys deserve the flowers and again Nate and Maribel are vital members of the staff as well. Thank you guys so much.”

“The application process was handled very beautifully by Jessica McDowell. I am so thankful for all her hard work to help me and my children lock in our apartment. She made the process easy and less stressful. I really enjoyed working with her during the process. The apartments are beautiful and located in the perfect area near all shopping centers. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars to the apartment complex is because of limited guess passes for parking per month. I wasn’t aware of that detail until after I signed my lease. Other than that small detail, everything else has been wonderful and Jessica has been amazing.”
