“The Apartment is amazing and calming, the manager Genesis was so sweet! It's too bad she's gone but the new manager is nice too! I hope maybe those two can work together they're both nice and professional! The one thing I don't like, which keeps me from giving a 5 star is the guy who fixes stuff. When you have a broken kitchen, ceiling, or something the Sierra Vista Apartment repair guy doesn't really fix it well. Also, I keep seeing trash and poop on the grass.”

“Hello everyone I want to start by saying that most of the people that left bad reviews hear are probably holding a grudge because let me say I been living hear for almost two years now and nothing but grate help is what I have got from all staff specifically from the maitnence side if I have any problems it's addressed the same day and professionalism Albert is the head of maitnence and very nice person and as is alex he even helps me wen he sees me in the parking with my groceries so dont fall in to the false negativity thank you riversedge team”

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Mohamad for his exceptional service. He recently completed two work orders for us, one for our fridge and one for our dryer. He was great from start to finish.

He is incredibly responsive, respectful, and efficient. He communicates clearly, explains what he’s doing, and makes sure everything is fully resolved before he leaves. I was on a work meeting while he finished the repairs, and he was so patient and considerate the entire time. He made the process easy, and I really appreciate that.
