I went into the new facility about 13 years ago just to see what a new animal shelter looked like then outside in the kennels I noticed a small terrier dancing around on her hind legs as if to say pick me pick me be my human. I had no intention of adopting a dog but she was adorable. I came back the next day and she was still there continuing her dance for me. This went on for a week and then I got her out of the kennel and into a large getting to know you area where she could walk around and I could see how she behaved with me. Longer story shortened she's been a joy for 13 years now my constant companion love my Lady Lou to infinity and beyond The staff here is super nice The clinic is very reasonable when shots are needed If you want to see the Ritz Carlton of animal shelters take a tour and you might just see a pet that loves you

They should be called animal shakedown of the valley. I bring my dog there to have him neutered and then they demand I pay for a license and because I didn’t they sent me a $50 fine. don’t bring your animal there unless you want to be hounded to pay them for a license for your pet.

AFOTV provided no help not even a care when I needed assistance getting feral cats fixed! Feral cats showed up on my property months ago in the high heat. I could not do nothing. Upon finally capturing them (which was no small endeavor) and calling for services - I was turned away- the clinic isn’t even open to the public!!! They didn’t care to be part of the solution. I wasn’t asking for free services - I just needed to get them seen and fixed. I’m trying to do a community service and there is absolutely no assistance. I have paid $$$$ to have a vet that actually showed compassion and fit them in to a busy schedule for the surgeries. Total failure AFOTV when it comes to feral cats. You should already have a protocol at the ready to assist someone that is trying to do the right thing.

They haven't even been open for a year because they're building a beautiful new facility animals don't care about the beauty of the facility they just need medical attention the animal population has exploded in lake Elsinore because they've been closed

We offer the lowest prices around for vet care…but don’t have a clinic? False advertising 101

So far so good and prices are fair not cheap but not over-the-top. People there seem pretty friendly and knowledgeable.

Staff were super friendly and understanding when my dog didn't want to cooperate. They also charge significantly less for vaccinations than other veterinary clinics.

They are super friendly here and they are great at what they do. I also love that the prices are very affordable. I would highly recommend I've brought all 3 of my dogs here.

Over the past 13 years we have adopted two beautiful dogs and each time, the experience was amazing. Thank you to all the volunteers and employees for doing caring and ensuring the safety and happiness of every pet. Your work makes a difference!
