I want to thank Allstate Propane for ruining my Friendsgiving. On 11/16/2023 I spoke to the rep on the phone that goes by the name of Sheila and she said that they would be able to deliver on 11/18/2023. It turns out that she lied to me. A guy in a small pick up truck pulled up in the morning to my house. He said that Sheila was wrong and she shouldn’t have lied to me the way she did. After speaking to the guy that visited my house on 11/18 He said that he would call the owner of All state Propane. After he spoke to the owner, it turns out that said owner does not believe in customer service. I told the guy that visited my house that I would leave a bad review for bad business practice. Hw mentioned that to the owner of Allstate Propane, but the owner did not care about what had happened nor that one of his employees is a liar. This company deserves to be reported to the Better Business Bureau for practicing bad businesses. To this day I haven’t received propane. Looks like we are going to have a cold winter.

I would never recommend a business that practices Bad customer service. The people in the office are liars that say they can deliver but don't. The owner does not care about his customers. Allstate Propane should be ashamed. And they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

We have been using All State propane for years now. They are reliable and the service is amazing.Prices are better then anyone we have had. Customer service is outstanding! We have referred them to several people.

I moved to a new city 3 yrs. ago and the property has propane for the water heater, furnace, and stove. I shop around and prices were almost same. But all state was able to work with my schedule time and day ,also called me the day before to comferm. All state propane came in and check the system and filled my tank to the safe level amount.

I want to recommend All State Propane to anyone in the Lake Elsinore area. They are so much better...so much easier to deal with. They're a smaller company that is family-owned. When you call, you talk with someone who genuinely wants to provide good service. They're friendly and personable - nothing like what you are used to. But what about they're pricing? It is usually the same and often better than anyone else. We are fortunate that All State Propane provides service to Lake Elsinore. I was so happy to drop the Big Name Propane Company I used to use and switch to All State Propane. You'll see. Great service. Great people. They've earned this 5-Star Review.

We have been with All State for so long I can't remember. Prices for propane are fair and based on the market. They are a small family ran business with great customer service. There are many other suppliers out there but at the end of the day, we want reliability and friendliness. Dominique has always been my go to girl for many years. We have developed such a great relationship that I text her to run my card on file for payment. Not too many people or businesses you can trust with honesty like that!
