Brought gaming laptop in to get fixed, had to call weekly to even get updates. After 3 weeks they still couldn't find the part needed. So I exchanged my older casual laptop for my gaming laptop. I asked for casual laptop to be wiped and windows reinstalled because it was running extremely slow and for screen to be replaced due to a spiderweb type Crack. When I get it back the ONLY thing they did was replace the screen and there is a gap along the bottom of the screen. They called and told me they ordered the wrong screen, told me it was 30 bucks more than the wrong screen they bought and there is still a highly noticeable gap like the screen is to small. I'm taking both laptops to another business and getting my tech PROPERLY fixed. Do NOT waste your money with this business! If they don't or can't wipe your computer, tell the customer when they ask for that to be done. Don't order the wrong part, charge the customer for your mistake and then still put the wrong size part in without saying a D*MN thing to said customer all while not even doing half of the things they asked for. Tech isn't cheap, don't let them destroy or halfa$$ repairs for your tech!

Guy had my phone more than 5 days saying that he's waiting for the new screen to come in , also I already paid for the labor so why the delay on the order I believe he doesn't do his job correctly

I don’t recommend this place I took my hp laptop ? because the frame and hinge we getting or damaged so when I tried to open my laptop the frame will come off so they told me they had to change the back part as well they charge me $160 or more and I just noticed that the camera won’t work everything was working fine .if u take something double check everything works and they didn’t even fixed it right it had glue and still part of it was still opening when I Try to open the laptop they said it will still do it ??

Helped fix an issue with a hand-me-down PC that was left to my kid. Was only $99 as advertised (and a cheap additional part that was needed). PC works great and is running smoothly. Communicated with me through the whole experience.

Never going there.
I took my phone there to see why it didn't turn on.
The guy took my phone to the back and came out in a second and said he had to order a part and fix "this and that" in my phone for a couple of 100$. I thought how could he have checked my phone so quickly in the back?
I told him I will think about it.
Came home, turned my phone on and it was working perfectly.
What a fraud ?

Really bad at communicating issues and time. Depending on who you get can make or break the experience. Horrible parking lot and space but that's not their fault.

This place is a waste of money and their techs are trash. I took my laptop to get my charger input fixed and replaced, and what they told me is that all they did was weld the old part back on because they supposedly couldn't get the small part itself. My laptop hasn't been charging properly since then. They also left my laptop cracked open with loose screws. Go to this place if you want to settle for a half done job at full price.

This place was amazing upfront and honest people that will get your computer up and running well. My computer was no longer compatible with programs I need to use for CNC Plasma programs. When I called AI answered the phone and answered my questions. Ai's response seemed too good to be true. So I decided to stop in and talk to a real person, then I met Mark to verify what the AI said they can do was true. Mark was amazing.
They replaced my hard drive and made the necessary changes needed to make my computer compatible again. This was all done for a fraction of what a new computer would have cost me.

I took my Xbox here after Microsoft quoted me $299 to repair a broken HDMI port. They fixed in 3 days for half the price. They are speedy and cost effective and for that reason I would highly recommend especially for gaming console issues.
