I ordered a pizza with light cheese and got extra sauce instead. I can't even pick up a slice without it flopping over my fingers because it so heavy. I was originally told it would be done in 15-25 minutes but ended up waiting for a whole HOUR. Staff was very unorganized. If you like mystery made pizza come here

If you like 7-11 pizza you will like this. If you like Little Caesars pizza as an upgrade you might like this. They asked me if I wanted hand tossed I said yes this is right out of the freezer and into the oven. This is like no Domino's pizza I've ever tasted in my life. It doesn't even taste good. And I love pizza. But this, this is 7-Eleven Pizza.. Not fresh not freshly made but obviously from the freezer into the oven and I will never go there again. Not to mention it cost like $32 and I asked the person if there's any specials she said no tell me what you want and I'll see if there's a special. Surprise no special. I hang up I got a Domino's site I can get a large pepperoni for like eight dollars. do they actually want people to return? I'm not! This is for the Domino's on Clinton Keith brand new store in Wildomar. Like no Domino's Pizza I ever had. FROZEN to oven.

If anyone has a disability, and has to phone order, any "points" will be ignored. I came home after a long day at work to find my wife in tears trying to order pizza and sandwiches online. After trying online many times, she said she called a service number, which after surgery, was tough. She then called the store to order, and that didn't work out either because she offerred a large tip, and our card did not go through-for no apparent reason. Desperately hungry, DoorDash comes through after placing an order there. Not what she wanted to eat but HEY-at least it doesn't take an hour just to order, nor do they treat their customers like shit when they just wanted a meal. It's not like they are building the space shuttle: it's food. My wife works her ass off in restaurant customer service, so it is APPALLNG that I saw her in tears. NEVER AGAIN. DOMINO'S WILDOMAR-after 22 years here ordering several times a month, sometimes daily-we are all done here.

The time on their website is totally misleading! Ok, an outright lie! When I ordered online it said 20 to 30 minutes. I showed up 27 minutes after placing my order only to find out that it's going to be another 30 minutes!! They give you a bogus figure to get you to place the order and pay online so you have to take the pizza. I ordered mine as pay in store and the kids could not wait 30 more minutes to eat, so needless to say, I canceled the order. I don't think I'll ever go back to that store or any Domino's for that matter. I filed a complaint on Domino's website in which they asked for so much information that they really don't need just to handle this and the picture shows the reply I got. They thank me for the information I gave and that I can now pass it to the responsible person! Did you get that? I have to! And, they did not provide where to send the complaint to. Another case of corporate America just sticking it to the little guy. Don't waste your time with domino's, especially the new will tomorrow location off Clinton and Keith.

I was refused a copy of the credit card receipt today. By a manager no less. I've never, at any restaurant, store or any place of business, been refused a receipt showing my method of payment. I have regularly gotten a copy of my receipt at this location on every other visit so I'm not sure why today's order would be different or why all of the sudden receipts are for "delivery orders" only. The order receipt, tucked into the pizza box does not show any payment method. Card has been canceled since now I feel like some sneaky crap is being pulled. If I go here again it'll be as a cash customer but right now I'm thinking it's best to not return. IF YOU ORDER FROM HERE, PAY CASH

Most vile and worst service. I ordered an order and they sent the order incomplete. When I called them, they answered and hung up. After several attempts to contact them, and after waiting half an hour, they answered and did not help me. They told me we can't deliver it to you. Come on, take it and hang up. You are a disgrace and you should close the restaurant. The employees are very bad and despicable and rude

Food here is always good when I order. Came in today and they helped me out and got my carryout price the same as my carryout coupon online! My online carryout total was 60.25 and i couldn't click the option to pay at store and when I went in they got my total to 60.23. Amazing service if you ask me. Super friendly people every time I come.

The food is good but the service is terrible. The last time I went there, they canceled my order. I understand I ordered right before the cut-off time for carryout, but they were open another 2 hours for delivery. I didn't realize they canceled it till I got there. They saw me, then turned around and walked away to the back. My bad, but the system shouldn't of excepted it and ignore me. I wasn't rude just knocked saw them walk away so I did too. Checked my email and saw they canceled it a few mins later. I didn't see the cancelation email cause I was driving. Not trying to act entitle but after 11 hours of work I just wanted to eat and sleep.

My wife and I stopped ordering from here over a year ago with how bad the service was. We decided to give it a try and I gotta say I'm not sure if they're under new management but my experience was great service was fast and food was good great job guys
