“I have yet to have a car repaired here but I have 3 experiences:
1) Came with a car no mechanics could diagnose the issue of. Their writer spotted the issue right away. I followed his advice and problem solved for a few hundred not many thousands as others suspected.
2) and 3) was turned away because they didn’t feel confident the quality of work would be certain given the unique nature of the damage and the cars materials in each case. I respect a business that would rather turn away customers than mess up their cars. Too rare in this market and this world!”
“After getting my car hit in my parking garage, what I thought was a minor accident, Cook's Garage took great care of my vehicle. Upon inspection of the vehicle, they found a lot of internal damage that they were able to tackle in a very reasonable amount of time. They were in network with my Amica insurance, and many more. They took amazing care of my 10 year old Honda, she looks and drives new! I highly recommend Alfred and his team at Cooks.”
