I can't believe I have been working with Shane and Keith for all these years and still haven't left a review! These guys know what they're doing, they saved my taxes from someone else who was causing havoc, they saved me during COVID-19 when I could have, and probably should have, gone bankrupt. They have gone above and beyond for me to make sure that I can TRUST them with my finances and have always been led in the right direction. I am so blessed to still be working with them and to have seen such huge growth in my years with them. These guys are the real deal. They have my business for life (or as long as they allow me).

After meeting with several CPA's regarding my complex issues, I was able to get everything resolved! Shane and Keith were so accommodating and really took the time to really dive into years of issues. They setup my corporation and established an entire plan of action to save thousands on taxes. Looks like they're too busy to handle new accounts. I emailed them the following: "What would you charge to provide... * Review of Prior Year Tax Returns and Deductions * Overview of Suggested Missing Deductions * Virtual Review of Accounting and Instructions for Improvement * Financial Review * Financial Projections Analysis for your Business * Tax Estimate Calculations * Quarterly Reviews for 1 Year (4 Quarters) Bookkeeping diagnostic and reconciliation reports, * Tax liability projections * Tax strategy scenarios, and * Quarterly update of tax liability projections I waited for a week to get their response. After hearing nothing, I resent my request for a proposal and finally they wrote back: "Upon further review and discussion with my team, we will not be able to handle this project in a timely manner due to our current commitments and projects." UPDATE: (MY RESPONSE TO MR. BIEN'S RUDE REPLY) First of all, I protected your privacy, Shane by not mentioning you by name, yet you show zero fiduciary duty when you divulge my full name to the Yelp world. BUYER BEWARE! Secondly, nothing in my email "implied" that there was a short time frame. That is completely false! Thirdly, your last comment was completely out of line and unprofessional. I just stated facts and you made it personal. Buyer beware.

They are the most knowledgeable CPAs with corporate and personal tax experience. They will work with you, give you appropriate tax advice, and answer any questions you may have no matter how trivial. I always felt comfortable talking to them and they always respond to my emails and calls fairly quickly. I needed help opening my S Corp and they did it all for me!

Best place to do your taxes. I came from another tax preparer and thats good i went to 9Financial for second opinion and they fix my taxes and had to pay less. My daughter also went with them and got her refund in a week, is really fast and accurate. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Will come back again for sure. Try them and you won't regret.

I just realized I've never left a review for my favorite tax guys! I've been with 9Financial for a few years now. Keith and Shane are running a stand up operation. These guys call back right away, text back right away, and reply to emails just as fast. I just sent out a late night email at 10pm and got back a reply within the hour! Any time I need them, they are there! I am the worst when it comes to my business taxes but luckily these guys have it all on lock for me. Ladies and gentlemen, this is how you run a 5 Star business!

I have two college degrees in psychology and am using my real name so please believe me when I say this is such a corrupt firm they should lose their license to practice law. I placed a formal complaint to the LA Bar Association after my terrible experience with them. I was initially greeted by a "man" named Mark Stone in a frumpy suit who claimed to be a lawyer but in reality was an out of work actor pretending to be a lawyer. You can't make this stuff up! Robinson and Bien are the most corrupt people I've ever met in my life and consistently showed up 2-3 hours late to all my hearings (about 10) and on 2 occasions showed up so late the court had adjourned for the day! The judge became so upset on the 2nd time that he yelled, "Where are your lawyers?" I had to say, "I have no idea." So I was forced to fire this corrupt firm and the whole cartoonish ordeal was so disturbing that it made me realize innocent people are in prison simply due to their incompetent lawyers! Robinson and Bien are the definition of sleazy lawyers so avoid this corrupt firm at all costs! Good luck. Mr. Bruce Bookbinder

I received a shocking tax bill on a Friday evening and it nearly gave my a panic attack. I called several tax firms but Keith at 9Financials was the only one who had picked up my call right away and scheduled an appointment on Sunday. After discussing the case on Sunday, Keith assured me that it will be taken care of. Within a week, he clarified the problem with IRS, redid the tax, and mailed it to IRS. In the process, he was always responsive to my emails, even late at night. His prompt responses gave me the peace of mind I needed in that situation. Because of his professionalism, I was able to go on vacation knowing it will be handled. Several weeks later, I received a letter from IRS confirming my tax bill had been corrected. It was a pleasant and simple experience working with Keith, really appreciate the help!
