Tina Guyette is a wonderful agent. She is very patient and responds very quickly. Tina listened to our specific list for the home we were looking for, and based her searches off those. I could write a novel about everything I loved about working with Tina to sell our home but I’ll try to keep it a little shorter.From the moment Tina walked into my house I knew she was who we wanted to work with. She was professional and listened to all of my concerns and I really felt heard. She was SO helpful through the entire process and at no point did I not know what was going on. We had to push back the date of the sale due to the massive snowstorm that rocked the mountains and she was so understanding. Once the house was on the market we were already out of the state. She helped facilitate, photos, dump runs and anything else. Literally during a cross country move with two small children I didn’t have to worry about a thing because Tina had it. Not only that, she personally mailed things that were left behind. Our house was sold and we’re gone so I’m sad we won’t get to work with Tina again.When we bought the house our realtor was less than stellar and I was so nervous to have that again. We got so lucky getting Tina. Don’t settle for less and get you a Tina to represent you.
