I asked the lady that works there if she had any key chains and I walked over where she said it was, but I didn't see any, then I walked around to see if I could buy any other suveniers...then she asked "did you find the Keychains?" I told her I didn't see any, then rudely she said "I told you is there, pointing at where I looked at first" ...and sure when she looked there was none, if instead of pointing she would've walked me over the item she would've see herself there was none instead of acting rude...there was no one at that store either to say she was busy, with that kind of unwelcoming attitude, no thanks, take your money to support any other business where you don't have to deal with their attitude and as a tourist you get a good shopping experience-ZERO stars to this place. The have poor selection, no suveniers, most of the store is kids clothing and toys.

I have only good to say about this adorable boutique store!!! Their prices are so fair. You don't have to wait until the sale price to get a decent price, as you do in many other stores! I had shopped here years ago when I was in Lake Arrowhead for the weekend. Now my daughter is up on a school retreat in the area and her luggage was lost!! This store came to the rescue! Not only did they take pictures and send it to me of clothing and even undergarments available in her size, wait for this... they delivered it free of charge to where she's staying in the area.

This was a nice little shop in the Lake Arrowhead Village. My spouse and I were looking for waterproof gloves to be used in the snow for our kids and this had exactly what we needed. There was a good selection of gloves that were fairly priced. The staff there were really friendly and courteous.
