As a young man, I owned several Pendleton jackets. Not sure how I afforded them! I couldn't today as an old man. Loved the product and quality seemingly has remained the same. Looked for a clearance table, but none there!

Some great outdoor clothing and woolen blankets. Lots of selection but prices are not very affordable. Still, seems excellent quality.

Nice quality items, not exactly cheap, but you definitely feel that you are paying for decent blankets and clothing. Located inside the Lakewood Arrowhead Village, free parking.

I've been a fan of Pendleton for some time now and this one is by far my favorite location. Now that the Pendleton in Laughlin, NV closed their location, Lake Arrowhead is where I'll drive. The staff here is TOP NOTCH! One of the employee's Sandra even remembered me coming last year because I had the same problem at the register.... I was only so much away from getting a $50 gift card! LOL Sierra flagged me down when I had already left the store reminding me I didn't get my Perks card stamped! These girls are SOO amazing! CAN'T forget the STAMP!!! Juliet was the one that helped me in the store as I was browsing, always make sure if there was anything I needed or if she could hold stuff up at the front for me. My first experience last year was great, I was in the store for a loooong time LOL Sandra helped me so much during that time as well. These girls know how to make the experience pleasant! Who's in charge of this store? Give these girls a raise! I love EVERYTHING in this store, I could buy it all! I've always loved the Native designs since I could remember. The colors and the shapes are aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The quality of their products have stood the test of time and I'm a huge fan for this brand. I love when they have sales and mark downs, who doesn't?! When I wear majority of their clothing whether it's a shirt, a jacket their shoes, backpack or purse, I ALWAYS get compliments on them where ever I go. I was literally at the airport a few weeks ago and someone complimented on my Pendleton Backpack. Anyway, thank you to all the staff at this location for always being so helpful, friendly and amazing!!! I come here once a year and always look forward to it. It is a nice getaway in this area as well.

Outstanding customer service! I received just now by the sales team at Lake Arrowhead. One special team leader truly made a difference in my shopping experience today, Yesenia. She demonstrated so much knowledge of the brand and truly goes the extra mile for the clients who shop there. Thanks Yesenia for putting the shopper first!

Pendleton's products are very good quality, made to last years and very stylish. This store was kept very clean and organized and I simply enjoy the fact that the employees let me do my shopping and help when I ask for it, and that's wheat these employees did. Prices are on point for what you get. They have men's and women's as well as home items such as blankets, towels etc. Parking for the entire Lake Arrowhead Village can be tough depending on time of season, day of the week. I will continue being a customer here when in Lake Arrowhead and will recommend to friends and family and fellow yelpers.

Service here was on point. I love Pendleton's clothes but I'm always hesitant to get their shirts online cuz I'm a curvy girl and they don't always fit the way I'd like. Sooo I drove up here to spoil myself with a shirt sweater and jackets and I'm so not disappointed. Sandra and her coworkers helped me from the get go! 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for a "treat yourself" moment.

Disrespectful manager or cashier worker. Took my two middle school boys as we were looking around. Predictably the boys were being goofy and laughing. She came aggressively telling us that if we continue to make noise she's "going to ask us to leave". We made no additional noise and no more than 10 seconds later she asked us to leave. Rude but seemingly nice to other customers for some reason but I guess they pick and choose who they'll be nice to. She should be fired.

Was okay when I entered, me and my mates walked around the store for not even 5 minutes, then the manager asked me and my mates to keep it down. We agreed, and as she walked off we started talking in a low voice, keep in mind, not saying anything bad, then harassed us and demanded we left. As we were confused, we walked off. Terrible customer service, would not recommend.

Bad experience. We where in the store and the person came up and said that we need to be quiet and if we don't stop talking we will have to leave the store. So we stopped talking and she came and said " you know what you guys need to leave now" and we didn't even do anything except talk. Don't recommend this store. Everything is over price also and bad service.
