“Went into branch to wire funds. I like they are very thorough with asking for more than just one form of ID. They were very patient with me with getting the wire information off their app on my phone. They wired the money and within an hour the receiving party confirmed they had the wire. Chase is a big bank and I'm not crazy about calling their 800 number. But the last time I called their 800 I got prompt service. I do like my chase Amazon credit card that gives me 5% off any Amazon purchases. I do know if I go into ANY branch of Chase that the people are very friendly and they will take care of my request.
