The employee in this store was incredibly rude! She told me to leave with food, which I completely understood. I ate outside while my husband and 16 year old son looked around. They left by the time I came in and as I was looking around she said in a rude voice "Let me know if you would like help BUYING anything". It was so rude and was not feeling welcome at all so I left. I then met up with my husband and son and without telling them what happened my husband told me how the lady kept telling my son to stop touching things and a minute later asked my husband if they were together, implying he should be watching him. My son is very sweet and respectful and loves rocks and fossils, but we definetly won't be going back here.

Very rude employee. I went in with my family and was about to start looking at the crystals; the woman approached me and my cousin (of the five of us) and told us we need to have parents to shop. I am an adult. I saw a stone ring that I was considering purchasing despite it being incredibly overpriced. Same lady approached me again and said pictures aren’t allowed. I apologized and said I would delete the photo. She replied that, “It’s not about deleting it, it’s about the radiation or chemicals from the camera compromising the fossils.” Funny, considering there’s a bench in the store with a label “for family photos” which is actually CLOSER to said fossils. You can see photos of this bench in other reviews. Won’t be going back. Nearly ruined our trip. We only went up to Arrowhead for this particular store.

I just went to freshen up my gem I bought from here and it bled purple dye everywhere!!!!! They sell fake stuff and advertise it as real so they can charge you an arm and a leg!

Really fun store. Lots of cool fossils to look at in a range of prices. So kids can see some neat things up close but also take home something for $20, not $200.

Super rude woman. Customer service is a 0. Was planning on making a purchase but definitely had to walk right out after having the worst interaction with the sales staff. Was unaware you couldn't take photos & apologized. She was not accepting of my apology & goes "these crystals are all releasing toxins as we speak!" Whatever that means.. maybe some of the toxins have got to her head.

Very rude people, my son loves Dinos and I was going to buy fossils for him but when my wife was going to just take pic of him, shop keeper toll her in a rude way “No video! No video”I end up leaving, NOT FRIENDLY

Such a beautiful store! They have crystals and all kinds of different rocks. They also have fossils that are super old! How cool is that. My dad bought a fossil that was really old. The also have mood rings and healing bracelets too. Make sure that you don't touch the displays. There is also no photography allowed inside. So no touching and no pics. I can understand the no touching as some of the items are very old! And most of the rocks looked fragile. Definitely not for kids to touch or pick up. They could easily drop or break the rocks. This is such a unique store! If you have any interest in rocks/ crystals, or fossils, make sure you stop by here! It is located in Lake Arrowhead. P.S. best of luck finding parking. It is a zoo in this area!

3 stars The ladies working there are really nice and the items within range from metaphysical crystals to dinosaur-age fossils. Definitely fun to look around and read the little description cards available near the items. Unfortunately, no photography is allowed inside. Hence, the single photo of the window shop. The prices are pretty steep, but I'd imagine fossils are supposed to be expensive given that they're millions of years old! Worth paying a visit to!

Everything here is very lovely and find quality merchandise, crystal stones and fossils. I hate to break it to you all though, but the mark up Harris between three and 500% on some items. I am very familiar with the wholesale and market prices of crystals, fossils, and more, I network with more than half of the stores in Southern California, speaking from experience, wholesale and market price. The mark up here is outrageous. I could go through and detail a lot of the items, but I won't, I'll zero in on selenite, per carved item or pound is more than double the retail, elsewhere.

I was really excited to be in this store. I had a family of 10 purchasing products from here. As I got done checking out, right as my card was approved my cousin came and told me my daughter was crying because of the blonde front desk lady. I asked why? She said my girl broke a ring and had to pay for it. There are several signs saying do not touch so I said no problem how much do I owe you? She said they settled it for 5 bucks and I said fair enough. I was under the impression she handled this with my husband and the right thing was done. My cousin was FURIOUS, my daughter was in TEARS and I got the chance to find out that not only did the desk lady NOT COME TO ANYONE IN OUR FAMILY to settle this but my daughter said " Ionly have 5 dollars I'm sorry"She SNATCHED it from my girls hand and lord I do not know exactly what she said because I was not there but the hurt was pretty bad and my daughter is pretty tough. I had no problem paying for the ring but how dare she not let SOMEONE know (we had 6 adults!!) I am so appalled of how my girl was treated. There was no need for that as we are completely okay admitting fault and making it right. I cannot believe she let me buy her stuff and not say a word to me. Shame on you for bullying little kids. Unbelievable.
