I recently had a truly horrendous customer service experience at the store. I had purchased a jumpsuit that didn't quite meet my expectations and decided to return it. Little did I know that this simple transaction would turn into a frustrating ordeal.First and foremost, they didn't give me any paper receipts. Instead, they insisted that I should check my phone for a text message containing the receipt. However, I had never received any such text. This immediately set off alarm bells about their communication and record-keeping practices.To make matters worse, when I explained that I hadn't received a receipt, the staff informed me that it was irrelevant anyway because the jumpsuit was a final sale item. I was baffled by this response because at the time of purchase, there was no indication that this item was non-returnable. There were no signs in the store or any verbal communication from the staff to suggest that this was a final sale item.This inconsistency between the store's policy and their actual practices is highly problematic. As a customer, I expect transparency and clear communication regarding return policies, especially when it comes to final sale items. It's not only frustrating but also unfair to be denied a return on a purchase due to unclear or undisclosed policies.I left the store feeling frustrated and deceived by their lack of transparency and their refusal to accommodate a simple return request. A business's success is often determined by its customer service, and in this case, it failed miserably. I will certainly think twice before shopping there again, and I urge others to consider their experiences before choosing to patronize this store. It's a shame that such a basic customer service transaction turned into a nightmare.

I love this boutique! It has amazing quality clothing and the store owner is so sweet. I highly recommend checking this place out for dressy and/or casual outfits.

I've shopped in this boutique several times since it opened, I love it!! The staff has always been so helpful and friendly, especially Natasha! They always have a nice selection of cute hats, sweaters, jackets, dresses, shoes and more. I always look forward to seeing what's new when I'm in town.

This place is pretty cool! The ladies who work here helped me pick out a beautiful dress. Only gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because it’s a little pricey but it is a tourist destination after all!

I've never felt so disrespected and violated in a shop before. Very disappointed in my experience at Honey Habits. Natasha, an employee, was extremely condescending to my boyfriend and I. A nice employee, I wish I knew her name, helped me by starting a dressing room for me so I could continue shopping. Once I had all my items I went into the dressing room with my boyfriend to try on 2 jackets and yoga pants. When I got inside the dressing room there was a black skirt already inside that I figured the last person left. All was going fine when in a rude tone Natasha said "who took the large black skirt" I replied saying it was in my room and opened the curtain. She sees my boyfriend and with a death glare says "you can't be in here, men aren't allowed in the dressing room" my boyfriend apologized and left right when she asked. This is when it gets bad. Once he left Natasha starts s*** talking about him to other customers saying he made it an "unsafe place for women". I've brought my boyfriend into MANY dressing rooms to get a second opinion as I'm sure many women have and have never has any issues before. Then she is crude enough to accuse me of STEALING the black skirt. First she s*** talks my boyfriend, then me seconds later when I am STILL IN THE DRESSING ROOM. She was telling the other customers that I stole the ladies skirt when she wasn't looking. She had the customers all chatting about me. I felt attacked and like a criminal. It's a shame Natasha had to be so nasty and gang up on me and my boyfriend. I was going to make a purchase but won't support a business with such a disrespectful employee.

This review is for YOU Natasha. If you're going to talk s*** about your customers at least do it when they're not there. You made my girlfriend and I feel terrible. I'm not going to get into it because my girlfriend posted the review about our experience. Work on your people skills. You're a grown a** woman so act like it. You have no self awareness! Pathetic.

Came in over the Halloween Weekend, The store overall has very beautiful clothing items but one of the workers (did not catch her name, she had brown hair) was wearing an incredibly offensive Halloween “costume”. She was wearing a Native American headdress (paired with a white tanktop). Native American culture is not a costume, nor should cultural appropriation be taken lightly especially in recent times. Headdresses are sacred items worn by important and influential members of tribes, typically only chiefs or warriors would wear one. It’s very disappointing to see that costume as indigenous people have fought years to fight stereotypes, and to just disregard and have 0 knowledge or respect to their culture for a “fun halloween costume” is peak cultural appropriation. Sacred Native American customs and traditions are not your costume!!!!!

Best cute little boutique!!! Abbie is the best ever!! She’s so sweet and helpful and so cute!!
