10 stars for Country Furniture! First of all, when you walk in, you'll quickly notice the high-quality of furniture that they have selected to sell. Frankly, all their stuff is so cool that sometimes we go just to get ideas. Today my wife saw a coffee table, turned around looked at me and smiled. I knew it was the special table we had been searching for a while. Wayne (the owner) treated us like royalty and just delivered the table with his helper Colby - in the dark - up three flights of stairs - on an icy driveway! Who does that? If you want the best of the best selection of furniture that fits the mountain living decor and better yet, work with the nicest most knowledgeable people that will help you and deliver it AT NO COST then look no further! The only thing remaining is for you to say "I want that one!". Thank you Wayne! Country Furniture is our GO TO place for our cabins furniture!

I recently went to Country Furniture looking to purchase a mattress because I decided it was time to get rid of my old, worn out one. I stayed in a hotel the night before and noticed that I got a great night's sleep and didn't wake up in pain. So, as I was driving home, I thought about stopping at a mattress store down the hill. However, it was 100+ degrees and I just wanted to get back up the hill and go home. Instead, I went to Country Furniture because I knew they had mattresses as well and it was close to my house. Plus, they just moved to their new location and I was wanting to see their new store anyways and I am SO glad I did! They were so nice, extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable. They helped me pick out a great mattress and adjustable base/frame which I always wanted. Today I received my bed and I am loving it! Delivery only took a few days, they set up everything quickly and hauled away my old mattress as well. Wayne, the owner, goes above and beyond and is just very kind. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and experience overall.

They got up my icy access road, took the mattress up two flights of narrow stairs, set it up, and took the old one. The service was so quick and easy. The price was great and the mattress is very comfortable as well.Their showroom also has so many beautiful pieces. I look forward to shopping there for my next couch and accessories. I highly recommend Country Furniture!

Poor service and really bad quality, expensive furniture. Spend over $5000 here on 4 items, and half of the stuff was trashed within a month. I had a $1000 bed frame that broke while I was in it(I have a bad back and a couple $15000 cats that sleep under the bed and could have been killed. This absolute winner of a human being(Wayne) refunded me less than half of what I paid without the tax. I would never shop here again and I would suggest anyone else thinking about it steer clear. Really bad everything.

Country Furniture is a super friendly place to find mountain decor and quality furniture in Blue Jay. They have some cool specialty pieces and perfect decor for Lake Arrowhead. The owners are great and their customer service is top notch! They helped us get a bed in our cabin ASAP and then switched it out quickly when I ordered the wrong size. They were wonderful to work with and their delivery team was great.

Country Furniture is great place to shop for all of your mountain furniture needs. Wayne and crew do a great job. They have a wide variety of products to choose from and they are easy to work with. I have known them and his parents for over 20 years and they are pillars in the community. Please consider the post on 9/1/2020 to be political speech only. I hope after the election she will remove her post as it makes her look bad.

Great store, great product, and some great people. Just don't have a disagreement with them because you will get yelled at and treated like a child by Paula. It all started when my boyfriend and I wanted to buy a couch but hadn't gotten rid of our old one yet. We don't have a lot of space and we weren't completely set on the couch but we did really like it, so Wayne offered up a great idea: we'd put a $100 deposit down, he'd order the couch, he'd hold it for a bit for us, and we'd either buy it or use that $100 for something else. Great idea, worked out, and we ended up not wanting to get the couch. So, we began shopping for some patio furniture (that would come with $100 off). We found a small set with 1 table and 2 chairs and liked it but wanted 4 chairs total. It was also significantly higher than any other simple 2 chair/1 table sets we were looking at buying elsewhere. We asked Wayne, since he was the guy we worked with last time, and he sold us on the set having 2 more chairs in the back that they didn't finish putting together. With 4 chairs total, the price was much more agreeable to us. So, we paid for the set with the idea that 4 chairs and 1 table would show up when they delivered. We even verified with Wayne that those chairs do exist and he said yes. Well, they delivered with only 2 chairs. The delivery guy had no idea what I was talking about. And we didn't get any call from Wayne about this.We were a little upset because we had our hearts set on 4 total but we understood that he probably misspoke and sold us on something he couldn't deliver. Sucks for him just as much as it sucks for us. I called back a couple of days later and he said it was really supposed to have 4 and we would look into it for us. He said he would make it right. We were hopeful and happy. We never got a follow up phone call. We also called and left another message and did not get a return call. We figured, that was that, and we weren't getting 4 chairs. We felt we "overpaid" on the set because we could have gotten it cheaper but we understand that not all independent shops get the same prices as some big retailers and maybe it's more expensive up in the mountains. We were more disappointed that he didn't want to apologize to us and would rather have everyone pretend like it didn't happen. We never wrote a bad review (this was about 1 year ago) because he was a nice guy and everyone in there was really nice! Then just last week, on Facebook, someone was talking about a person having "screwed over Country Furniture" and I should ask Country Furniture about it. I responded and said, "well they kinda screwed me over so I don't think I have the best relationship with them". Upon seeing this response, they immediately reached out to me through private message to try and resolve the issue. Meghan was nice and told me that the owners truly care about their customers and want to call me to resolve it. I was totally happy to hear this; I didn't want any product just an apology.Within about 5 minutes, I received a phone call from Paula at the store, not one of the owners. She immediately (and I'm not exaggerating...immediately) started an aggressive monologue about how she was my salesperson, I was wrong about the amount of chairs included, and the $100 was a "damage discount" (It WAS NOT a damage discount, it was because we had already paid $100 as a deposit on something we didn't ever end up getting). I tried to correct her when she said she was my salesperson because it was Wayne AND her and that's vital to understanding why we were upset. I also wanted to tell her there was no discount; that was money we already paid to Country Furniture.But as soon as I started talking she said "Can I finish?" with some real attitude. I hung up on her immediately because I was getting mad and felt like she was attacking me and not

We recently moved to a home in the San Bernardino MTNs from A small apartment in the AV. On a whim, we went "window shopping" for bed frame ideas for our RV King-sized Sleep Number mattress. We wandered into Country Furniture...and we are glad we did!We were greeted upon entry and asked by salesperson Paula if we needed anything in particular. We advised her that we were browsing for a rustic bed frame idea for our odd sized mattress. (We basically realized that a Cal King would be the best alternative unless we were to have a custom bed frame built for us, which wasn't in the budget.) We walked around the store and loved much of what we saw! I went to the counter and Paula and Wayne (re)greeted us. I explained what we were generally looking for and Wayne proceeded to show us frames in the showroom as well as variations of those in the corresponding the catalogues. I really liked two of the frames but weren't sure if they would work with our mattress. Wayne helped us work through figuring out which would work best for us. I was a bit uncomfortable because I am not really an impulsive shopper and our budget was very tight. Wayne worked with us and we ordered our bed frame! We explained to Wayne that we would have to delay delivery because of our move-in date and need to have the bedroom carpet professionally cleaned prior to delivery. Wayne told us that he would be happy to put off delivery until we were ready!Fast forward to delivery day... Country Furniture's delivery persons were prompt, polite, and made sure that no mud was tracked through to the bedroom. The guys swiftly put the frame together and it was as beautiful as I remembered from the sample in the showroom. After inflating the Sleep Number mattress, we realized that we had forgotten to order slats because we hadn't planned to use a box spring/foundation. Oops! We called Wayne in a semi panic and he quickly worked to get us a great price on a box spring, which was DELIVERED THAT DAY!!We can't thank Wayne and Paula enough for their excellent customer service, professionalism, excellent quality furniture, and quick thinking!
