I recently purchased a home in Running Springs, CA. Derek Bobadilla was my Loan broker. I hadn't bought a property in many years. I was recommended Derek and his team by my realtor Jim Newcomb (who I also highly recommend for anyone looking to find a home in the mountain communities) I purchased a home in 2020 and I couldn't be happier with the process and customer service Derek and his team have then since provided. Derek is very knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond to any questions I have. He was able to explain everything clearly and even made it possible to walk me through all my options at a level I could easily understand. Derek was very informative and helped us through our first investment property buying journey. He constantly was on the lookout for a better loan for our situation. Derek is the best! I found him at an open house as I was just "checking out the property" for fun (as I didn't think I'd actually be able to purchase a house on my own), and.. he did it! That was 12 years ago! And he always call me when the interest rates drop to keep me up to date and just to check in. He's a true pleasure to work with. 100% recommendation from me!

Derek and his team were awesome! We weren’t prepared to purchase a house and didn’t even know if it was possible. We were in a situation where we needed to buy where we were living or we were basically homeless! Derek made it happen! He “held our hand” all the way through to the close of escrow and still continues to answer any questions we may have and I’ve had a “few”! Actually, he said, “He is here for us, for life”! Who does that?! Usually most people will get their money and then you won’t hear from them! I would HIGHLY recommend Derek for any of your lending needs!
