Our experience with Black Diamond Construction was very bad. Our HOA hired Bill to weatherproof a job site at our condo before a winter storm. His team litterally stapled plastic bags to the building which, when they left were already falling off. One side of the building needed the most protection due to fungal rot, which they were told about. On that side, they did not even secure the plastic to the wall. It was raining that day and the rain was just falling right on the area. The work was done incorrectly. The building was not at all protected from weather. Bill was friendly in the beginning of the job, but when we contacted him shortly after he left to tell him about the condition of his work he was rude and then disappeared. The HOA hired a company we chose and the job was done right. This company used heavy tarps and nails them down with boards. It is still holding after the storm and that was a month ago. Either Black Diamond doesn't know what they are doing or just don't care. Or both.
