If I could give this branch zero stars i would. Their hours are a joke. They staff is never there so they have to close for the day. It's a joke.

This branch has the worst service. They staff only one teller and when a local merchant has a long transaction, which is frequent, you can end up waiting for 15-30 minutes. They are constantly changing personal, so you also have to deal with inexperienced tellers.

This branch has gone downhill since they hired all these "new people". This branch just needs to completely shut down. Try to make an appointment online, and it won't let you. Try to call and they don't answer. I have hundreds of thousands of dollars about to be deposited into this bank and they can't even get my new debit card sent to me, been waiting weeks and I'm trying to move out of state!!! I'm so upset, I'm livid!! Now I have to drive down there for the 3rd time just trying to get a debit card!!!! On second, thought, I'm just going to drive down the hill. Jose Hernandez is 100% INCOMPETENT. Never dealing with this branch again.

Service at this branch is now non-existent compared to years past. The branch has reduced hours and is now closed on Saturday. There is usually only one teller on duty resulting in extremely long lines and wait times. Often there isn't even one financial center agent on duty, and if you come in as a walk-in without an appointment there is also a long wait. All the staff from a few years ago who offered decent service are long gone. The new manager seems not to care about the lack of service and the long wait times in the branch. Never steps behind a teller window to help speed things up. Expect to spend 1/2 to 1 hour to do even the simplest thing here.

Two hours for a simple transaction. I had to come to this B of A because my client banks here. I read before going all of the poor customer service ratings 2.5. I simply needed to deposit money into my business associates account. Arrived and found 7 people waiting and 1 teller. I had account number and name to deposit. I could pay using cash, debt or check. Nope. Not good enough. Was told by a mumbling and confusing teller the only way is if I personally open new account or go outside somewhere and buy a money order. And have an actual canceled check from my client. My client called and was able somehow to get them to not require a canceled check. I found a post office and bought two money orders. Went back to the Bank and was immediately pulled aside by Paul to a desk. He actually had pre positioned a weak goofy looking person in a bad fitting Security get up sitting close behind me, serious. Close enough that I can smell he needed a bath really bad. I proceed calmly to tell Mr. Paul how accurate I felt the 2.5 yelp rating was! He tried admonishing me! Haha he said he's sorry I felt that way. I said I do now. Lol I was just repeating what all the other people said. Really pathetic customer excuse for service. I'll be making a full report to your headquarters Paul, but I'm sure it won't do any good. Awful zero customer service seems to be banking culture these days. I'll go back to paying cash whenever I can. Stupid to take your cash to a third party and get a piece of paper. Then take it back to the Bank so they can turn it back into cash. Paul and teller really a smart a*** When I asked the man teller if I could see a manager, Paul came over and told me 'the teller was a manager. Funny little game to play with customers ha ha such losers pathetic dirtbags. It's all I Gotta say about that. I'll never be back and I'm sure cost you a couple more customers so I'm happy camper! Never again will step foot into a Bank of America.

Paul Sharp took the time to cordially address a short notice financial need of mine. The professionalism, respect, and family-friendly values belonging to the employees of this branch are in line what I’ve always loved about the Lake Arrowhead community!

Needed to service our existing account and came in early morning as a walk in. Sat down. both customer service persons are helping other people. we we're never greeted. Waited 20 min to have what looked like a manager come over and tell us that without an appointment it will be at least an hour wait. We asked if we needed an appointment he said no, just today because they are busy. So we decided to wait. The next appointment came in, and she was greeted right away and told it will be a few min. The customer service people finished with both customers at the same time, one worker took the appointment and the other got up, passed us, and went to the back, where she still is now. I don't remember this bank ever being like this. I don't think we are unreasonable people, but a "hello" or any sort of greeting is always nice. But don't expect that here. This is the kind of stuff that makes people go to other banks!

Wanted to check on fraud investigation . And open savings for grand kids. I had to talk on phone myself then made me wait. I think because i was in sweats. And other people were dressed up. Probably thought they had more money lol

Banking on their terms. One teller then two but still waited 25 minutes only to be told because "the wait was so long I could only cash 5 savings bonbs at a time". One person was walking around checking on what services people needed but wouldn't go to open a teller window to speed things up. Always a long wait if they're opened at all.

Been banking with BogA since the 70's . This bank was built to replace old BofA in old village. You can even Dock your boat and walk to it. The staff is very friendly and has helped explain stuff as needed. Has atm. I could probably get better terms on line, but this is a neighborhood bank

This branch is currently completely closed (14 Sep 2021) and has been for several days. There is no signage to indicate when or if it will open again.

The bank has been closed the week of 9/12/21 with no warning. The Brinks truck wasn't even notified as he was there to do his business. I drove 45 minutes to another branch in Rialto. The service there was also atrocious. I couldn't get a cashiers check because the manager was at lunch. Off to San Bernadino branch, where the line is out the door with 20 people waiting in line. This has been a four hour ordeal already. What the heck B of A?

I see why the reviews are so low. The tellers are rude and unhelpful. I'd rather drive all the way down the mountain just to avoid coming back. Ffs I want to drive OFF the mountain the service was so sh*t.
