This a wonderful place to stay. The manager Cheryl is so nice, professional and always makes sure we are comfortable. I love the location as it's just a short walk to the Village. If you're thinking bout a place to stay in Lake Arrowhead, please stay at the Tree Top Lodge and request a cabin with a fire place so cozy in the winter.

We just stayed for one night. I would compare it to a Motel 6 but it cost us quite a lot more. It was fairly clean except it didn't look like they had cleaned the floor. If you like a very firm mattress then you will like the bed. I'm concerned about the hairdryer arrangement. There is absolutely no counter top in the bathroom and the hairdryer is the kind that is designed to hang on the wall but it is just loose under the sink. You literally have to put the motor into the sink to hang on to the handle. I'm worried that some person is not going to be thinking and electrocute themselves! Parking was very tight because they were quite full for Thanksgiving. There is no place to take your dog to do his business. It's all asphalt. The good news is our room was very quiet. The towels were also nice and fluffy! They have a Mr Coffee pot in the room so bring your own filter and coffee. They do provide coffee but you will appreciate having your own. I would highly suggest mounting the hairdryer, getting a small table in the bathroom, getting different toilet paper holders (the paper flies on to the floor every time!) LOL Believe it or not, we would stay again as long as we don't have our dogs. The location really worked for us. The staff was very friendly too.

I would most definitely bring myself and family back to stay here again , the rooms could use a little renovation, but over all experience was nice clean , spaces room with comfortable beds , huge pool that lights up changes color at night which gives a cool affect at the night scheme of things , very laid back chill place has a huge back area w a stream running threw the motel that leads to the back which has out door trail also a huge lumber jack swing this place idms pet friendly as well I had a great time w family and the staff where more then helpful and very good w hospitality serviceRooms: Could use a little bit of an update to some of them not all but a few the over all. Of the rooms beds where comfortable , rooms had been outstandingly cleaned "very clean " spaces head quartersNearby activities: Village , Santa village , lake and store for food and shoppingSafety: Very safeWalkability: Village and shopping areas and restaurantsFood & drinks: Have vending machine on property also walking distance to 711 open 24 hrs

Over all it was a nice experience just because the pool area has floaters and life jackets available for the littles. Also it was a very quiet and friendly place.Rooms: The rooms were nice, the provided make up removers in bathrooms and plenty of soaps/shampoos for everyone. Also the kitchen, very cute! BUT, bedbugs!!!!!! We all left with bites everywhere the next morning. My three year olds legs are full of bites! My parents who stayed there with him were full of bites on their back and legs. I was there for a couple hours with them and got two bites myself.

I have driven by this lodge several times not knowing it was even there. It is a hidden gem. The property is absolutely adorable . It has a rustic cozy atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Cheryl and Bruce are amazing . So helpful and accommodating. The staff is also wonderful. Everyone has a friendly smile and are there to help and make you feel comfortable. Each cabin is different and unique. Most of the rooms have fireplaces. They have a huge log swing in the back of the property that is absolutely amazing. It fits about 5 people and when you are swinging you feel like you are in the trees. Surreal! Beautiful kept place , with wonderful people running it. I recommend staying there anytime you are in Lake Arrowhead. Truly a great warm and inviting place. Very grateful to have found this mountain get away! Thank you !Rooms: Clean and cozy.

This is the cutest, most cozy and clean place I have ever stayed in. The staff is superb, they care about their customers and go above and beyond to make your stay spectacular. They have Cabins that are fully stocked with dishes, pots , pans, utensils etc. Their are multiple fire pits where they provided the wood so you can make a nice fire, their pool has blowup toys already their , my favorite part was this swing they got. I like to go out in the morning and swing in piece and surrounded by nature. So glad I found this Gem .... So everyone need to come up to treetop lodge I promise ull love it.Nearby activities: Lots of stuff to do on the property but also less then 2 mins from lake arrowhead.Walkability: Close to everything walking distance to7-11 and to stater bros to Arrowhead lake mc donalds .... super convient

Kids paradise! My family and I just came back from a weekend getaway. We couldn’t have been more happier with the whole experience.1st- Hilary (employee) was magical. My kids kept asking for her because where ever she was, “magic” came along. Meaning, when we wanted s’mores, Hilary set up the fire pit for us. I was happy to hear there was complimentary fire wood and skewers for our marshmallows. The next day my son asked if there were board games and sure enough, Hilary showed us the cabinet filled with games.The pool was definitely the highlight of it all. There’s life jackets, floaties, and chairs to lounge in. There was also a large bubble and wand that my son found entertaining. We spent all day by the pool.The back property had a huge tree trunk swing, large “bird egg nest” and so much dirt/forrest area to explore.At night my family and I went for a walk and a few minutes later, Bruce (I’m guessing from other reviews) pulled up next to us and handed us a flashlight. Talk about hospitality.This place had it all from customer service to special amenities. The “extras” they provided, made our trip that much better. My boys loved this place and I’m thankful for the memories they were able to create.To the wonderful employees at the Tree Top Lodge, thank you so much for your kindness and going out of your way. We can’t wait for next years getaway!

First, I'm cheap, paid about $130 a night, and during the holiday weekend, rooms in Lake Arrowhead were pricey ($300 + a night). Tree Top is an old style motel. Rooms were big, the bedding/towels were clean, and there was plenty of hot water for the shower. Close to the village(walkable). Parking is very limited. Would I stay again? Yes, if nothing else near the village or lake is reasonable during our stay.
