The rooms and facilities are a bit run down and untidy. Rooms were clean and cozy. Loved the fireplace in my room. The beds were very comfy and warm. Good location without being in the crowds. Good access to roads and the highway.

Nice little spot surrounded by beautiful forest and cozy outdoor patios. Rustic but affordable.

The place is older but always clean. The staff is friendly, it's close to downtown arrowhead for a fair price.
