The doctors have always been kind and caring and Dr. Coleman saved my cat’s life when two emergency hospitals couldn’t diagnose her problem. Dr. Malone has been treating my cat with multiple health issues and is keeping her conditions in check.

Very compassionate team here from the front desk to the techs. And reasonably priced. Especially when compared to others in the area. My cat loves visiting this vet office!

The staff here is amazing. They understand I’m on a budget and gave me different pricing options for my kittens first visit. Much prefer to the place in rim forest. rim forest is over priced and they have no flexibility like this hospital does. Everyone handled my kitten very gently and loved her till she was comfortable. She stopped meowing and is calm now after being handled by the staff.

My various dogs have been patients here for years, and until last week the care was good, specifically by the doctor on staff, hence the two stars. However after what they (the front desk) did, I will never bring another animal of mine there ever again.
My dog Penny, a German Shepherd, was having terrible seizures. They were violent and frequent and came on suddenly. She had about 6 in a 10 hour period when I brought her in on May 29th. I didn't have an appointment due to the sudden nature of her seizures, but figured bringing her in right when they opened would be sufficient due to the nature of what she was experiencing. I came right when they open, at 8am, and before I could even finish explaining to one of the techs at the front desk, another one behind the lady manning the counter cut me off and said they were "short-staffed" that day and told me I had to go to an emergency veterinarian. I had just gone to an emergency vet for another of my dogs the week prior (he didn't make it unfortunately) and didn't have the money to go to another. I was unable to get the care my baby Penny so desperately needed here at this vet. Fortunately I was able to find a veterinarian in Rialto (Rialto Animal Hospital) who took her in immediately with no appointment, because she was suffering. She had two more terrible seizures in the car on the way to Rialto. Penny ended up dying later that day due to various factors, the main one being that we thought the seizures were due to a brain cancer that wouldn't be able to be treated and I didn't want her to suffer any longer.
I will never forget being turned away and brushed off by the front desk staff. The veterinarian who owns this clinic should reconsider some of his callous staff. They made my poor girl suffer more than she had to, and for that reason, I will never bring another animal here, and if your animal is suffering, I would recommend anyone reading this to not either. They will send you away to let your animal suffer. The techs on duty on the 29th should be ashamed of themselves for what they made my poor baby go through. If you love your pet, do not take them here.

Horrible unprofessional service we waited an hour after our scheduled appt. Staff had no idea when we’d be seen. Extremely unprofessional will not return. Also very high prices.

On January 16 I took my dog, Gracie (full size Pyrenees) to have the necessary treatment in order to board her in the future. The cost was $502.43. When I call this week, I was told I would have to board her for a day to see how she behaves in an enclosure. This cost would be $32,00, Then I was told they only have one enclosure that would accommodate a large dog. I asked if it was available the dates I would be boarding her. It was not. I was never told any of this when I paid for the necessary treatments. Do I feel taken advantage of? Yes indeed I do. I so miss Dr. Rains and his pleasant staff...LLJ

The front desk is incredibly rude. Asking about how much the cost for initial exam is and being accused of not being able to afford the care for my pet. Another time we called needing to put our very beloved very senior pet down. The receptionist was so insensitive telling us we must pay for a full of check up, to make sure we're not just killing her. YES HER WORDS WERE KILLING HER!!! I just can't support a business that on multiple occasions has treated my family and even friends less than dog feces. I will say we did get care RIM animal hospital, they are so professional and very kind and loving to both animals and humans.

My cat and I had a 10am appt this am. We showed up early, we're never told they were running behind, until I asked how much longer at 10:25am. I was told another 10 minutes we had one pet who showed up late for an appt. 15 more minutes at 10:40am now a different receptionist tells me they have sick pets who take priority over appt. in the back and we can't tell you how much longer your wait will be. At 10:55am after an hour of waiting for our 10am appt we left. No call or follow-up from the vet's office. Horrible, unprofessional service. If you're way delayed in seeing patient, call us or atleast give us a heads up of the excessive delay at check in. In addition their fees are 20% more than other local vets on the mountain. I will not return. Be warned.

Hey everyone. I cannot say enough about the people working here. I rescued the kitten from an homeless encampment and it had torn ligaments. I brought the kitten which the doctor ended up naming princess. So I have to say princess is doing well. They were super friendly, super knowledgeable, and very compassionate, I’ve never had a cat before or let alone a kitten. And they were super helpful. Whenever I’m in Arrowhead, Bluejay or surrounding area I will always bring my animals here.
