I have had nothing but good experiences with the current post mistress. She is extremely helpful in every respect. Previous negative review may have happened very soon after her arrival.

we have a new post "mistress" here in L:agunitas...I wish we did not...she is rude, unfriendly/not at all polite and not even a little accommodating....she argues rather than accepting a simple statement ...she tossed a heavy package on the counter, which landed partly on my hand...it hurt/ I said so...no apology/no smile...pl. please, whatever powers that be ...get rid of this very flawed and tiresome person.....give us a decent human being... .thanks
