As a customer of 40 plus years with the Wells Fargo bank, they in the laguna woods branch have failed. My "personal banker" failed to return three of my phone calls made to her business card phone number, over a 3 day period. finally, I called her cell phone and got a return call hours later. Explanation:to the effect she always has her cell with her but apparently ignores messages left on her business card phone numberThe service manager failed to keep his word that a banker would call me to close one of my checking accounts, after I had withdrawn the funds, no such call from anyone. Truly, one would expect a little better service and I no longer will ever bank with Wells Fargo and am now closing all accounts with them. Jim Smithwa

Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!I understand why the branch is closing! It's terribly sad how the seniors are treated my local vendors in our area. No service to the seniors in the local area when they have been supporting branch for years. I will be closing all my accounts!

I am so impressed with the service of all the employees at this branch. All the people there truly care about customer service. They make you feel like you are so important, and they genuinely love their job. Rachel the financial adviser is AWESOME, she explains things and treats you like you are her most important client. Nic was great, Christopher was super nice. I highly recommend this WELLS FARGO.

We had a difficult situation to present to the bank. Another Wells Fargo turned us down and hassled us and acted terrible. So I wasn't expecting much but I sure got surprised. The tellers were nice and The masks were on their face completely and the manager was very very nice and they treated us with respect and accomplished our difficult task without any hassle whatsoever. I was so happy leaving that place

I cannot say enough good things about this branch! Last week I came in to get my statements (I had never done this before) and the teller helped me set up the app in my phone and showed me where I can see and print all my statements at home. He also let me know that I don't have to come into the bank (or ATM) to deposit my checks on payday. Basically, with the app I have no reason to visit the branch but after this experience I almost wish I did. Thank you to the guy named Chase who works at a Wells Fargo (lol).

If I could put a zero for my review of service rendered at this branch of Wells Fargo, I would. It's not possible to put a zero, so I put a one. Ever since the pandemic began, service has been poor. Even though most businesses have gotten back to something resembling normal, Wells Fargo in Laguna Woods has not. Today I walked in to use the teller, and there were about 25 people ahead of me. To maintain the 6 foot distance, they would'veBeen out the door and around the corner of the building. About two weeks ago, I needed the teller to do a foreign currency transaction and I had to make an appointment. There were no appointments for three days. Why, when the pandemic has eased up and people are back to work, there are no tellers back to work at Wells Fargo and they were working with a skeleton crew, is beyond me. The service is abominable. Customer service is never been a high priority to Wellsfargo, and now, it is even worse. He should not have to make an appointment to see a teller but it Wells Fargo Laguna Woods, there's usually only one or two representatives at the desk areas so you must make an appointment. Prior to the pandemic, it was possible to walk up and get help immediately. No longer. If you haven't opened up an account and are looking for a bank, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere

Due to the ineptitude of the staff and managers at this branch, the last moments my mother was able to spend with my grandmother were in the lobby of this bank. My mother had a power of attorney that, for some reason, the employees failed to accept as valid. My mother was forced to pick up my grandmother, who just arrived home from rehab after having a stroke, and being her into the bank to deal with the moronic staff. My grandmother had another stroke in the lobby of the bank and was unable to speak or walk. The staff at the bank didn't even try to assist her, or my mom, who was struggling with my grandmother and inability to walk. She died a few days later. My mother's last moments with her mom will forever be tainted because the staff was simply not knowledgeable and didn't do their job correctly. This location serves a HUGE elderly community and should probably receive some training.

This Wells Fargo buildings was one of the largest wells buildings I have ever been inside, but unfortunately there was no one lobby leading, and only two tellers were open, both were at sit down stations. The teller who did assist me was wearing a name tag that read "expert teller", but unfortunately she seemed to be having problems with her computer, which made the transaction very long; which I understand; but when I asked her if everything was okay, she ignored me, and was rude when I pressed on. Overall I love banking at Wells Fargo, but I would not recommend coming to this branch for your banking needs.

I visited this location today needing to open a business account. I didn't have an appointment, although I was helped right away. Matthew Tran was the banker that assisted me. I could not have been happier! Matthew was extremely professional and friendly! He took care of all my banking needs in great timing. I really appreciate his concern for my needs and making sure I understood all the information about my accounts. He reinforced in my mind that I made a great decision when choosing Wells Fargo. Thank you Matthew! You are awesome!
