From the moment we arrived, the doctor and nurses were incredibly fast, sweet, and efficient, which made the whole process so smooth and stress free. You can really tell how much they care about the animals and the pet parents.
After their vaccinations, I was a little worried about something and gave them a call. They were so reassuring, took the time to answer all my questions, and even offered to have me bring my kitties back in just to check on them. That level of kindness and dedication means so much.

“I cannot recommend Northwood Animal Hospital enough, especially for those with small pets. My bunny Artemis has been seen by both Dr. J and Dr. Roberts, and they are both incredible, knowledgeable, and compassionate vets. I also have nothing but glowing praise for all the vet techs and front desk staff there. Kate and Minerva especially are so sweet and responsive. Everyone here has so much patience and grace.
Unfortunately, my sweet girl passed away during an amputation surgery, but she was older and her paw had become infected. I know that the staff did everything they could…sadly it was just her time. I am so, so grateful to the care that was given to her in the time we spent going to Northwood.”
“As I'm waiting for Spookys test results, I decided to take a min. to leave a review because I've never felt so calm and reassuring of a place more than Tustin Legacy. As you walk in it's the cutest place, very warm and welcoming they had spookys room ready and on the door they had a welcome sign for him with a spooky house/a ghost and a spider web?. From staff to the vet not once did I feel pressured to paying for things I didn't want. They give you a few options and you chose what you want done. I have found his forever hospital.”

“We have been with quail animal hospital for more than five years. Dr. Wang is the best vet we have ever met. He is very knowledgeable and honest, it is very easy to communicate with him and he has a lot of patience. They will call us the second day after every visit, which is very nice. The price is pretty fair for an animal hospital in Irvine. I took out one star because every time when we try to call them to make an appointment no one would answere, we had to left a voice mail and waiting, sometimes it took more than a day which can be frustrating.”
“After calling so many places between California, Arizona & even Mexico I was so grateful to come across Veterinary Neurology Center. When I initially called, Michelle was super helpful and friendly. She was able to get my boy Crixus scheduled to be seen. We met with Dr. Dillard, she was very kind, thorough and explained everything to me, sadly a few things she had to explain a couple of times. The stress was not helping in retaining anything she said. While I do not wish to have to see Dr. Dillard again, for the sake of my boy and his health, I am glad to have found a vet that I like. She seems very good at what she does and truly cares. She explained my options and I decided to move forward with MRI & tap testing. We are now anxiously awaiting results. The office was clean, everyone we encountered was super friendly. The cost was fair. I had prepared myself for far worse and was pleasantly surprised that it was on the lower end of what I had found online for "average" costs. The location was easy to get too and there was ample parking. Should my boy need to continue with a neurologist, we will definitely make the needed trek out to see Dr. Dillard.”

collapsed larynx, arthritis, and most recently Cushing’s Disease.
I knew it was extremely important to find excellent high quality supplements for him! Very fortunately, I found an outstanding family owned business in California, AskAerial! These people have guided which products I should choose, and even made suggestions for what type of food that would be good for him. Their customer service is excellent and has always been there for us!! I know in my heart that their employees really care for our pups! If it weren’t for their excellent supplements, our Buster Brown probably wouldn’t still be here with us! We are so grateful!!

“My cat needed an annual check up to renew prescription. Didn’t have a long wait. The staff was friendly. The checkup was $88 - I declined the blood tests. The bill would have been $500.”
“Amazing !! I utilize this vet bc I foster for different rescues and what sets this vet apart (besides the amazing vets), is their front office staff!!! I have had to stop going to at least 2 or 3 vets in the past, due to the front office staff being completely rude and abrupt. The ladies here (cuz I haven't seen men upfront) are top notch. They present with such knowledge, patience and loving kindness, it really makes the visit go much smoother!
Then the back office techs and nurses are very skilled and caring.

“I cannot recommend Back Bay enough! I was first recommended this place by my friend. I brought in one of my dogs to get a second opinion since another vet had diagnosed my dog with neurological issues and would need an MRI. Dr. Estefan examined my dog and caught that my dog had a kidney (and other organ) issue. I was so thankful that I got a second opinion because I would have spent so much on an MRI. Dr. Estefan took his time with my dog in the examination room and was so kind to him. He was patient and very informative. He would recommend products that he would use on his own dogs. Dr. Estefan had made recommendations that best fit my dog which were a blood and urine test and then an ultrasound. I had countless questions concerning my dog, and Dr. Estefan would never hesitate to answer my questions. Because of Dr. Estefan, my dog is in a much better state and hopefully will live a longer life. Thank you so so much, Dr. Estefan. Thank you to Dr. K as well! He was able to inform me that my dog has arthritis and he made sure to only provide necessary services. I feel like other vet places will make you get multiple products to treat your dog, but Dr. K was different. He believes in natural support to help, and I appreciate that. He was so nice and funny. I wanted to also shout out some other individuals from here. Thank you to Adrian for being so kind and patient to my dogs. Thank you to Lexi for taking care of my dog when he was there for the ultrasound. Thank you to Jessica for being patient and willing to answer my questions. Not only are the staff nice here, but the vet office is clean and has an overall good environment. Bring your little ones to Back Bay!”

“After our dog was partially paralyzed by IVDD and needed surgery our Vet recommended we have him go through a rehab program ideally with hydrotherapy.We did research and called around to several different providers, but the professionalism of C.R.O.C. stood out as we tried to get into get an evaluation and treatment plan.Unlike some other providers we were able to actually get through on the phone and talk with someone, and our emails were promptly returned.Thank god we went with Canine Rehab, Lauryn and her team are truly miracle workers.We thought that Archer was likely destined for a cart, he had no use of his right leg and his left was stiff and unable to move when we started rehab.A few months later and he's able to get around on his own, stand up and balance, stretch and move without pain and we have hope that he's going to continue to improve and lead a much happier life.IVDD is terrible, can strike out of nowhere and completely rob your pet of their former lives.Canine Rehab completely changed my dog's recovery from IVDD and if you have any recovery needs for your pet you owe it to them to get the best treatment possible.From hydrotherapy, acupuncture, cold laser, ultrasound etc they have a variety of different treatment options that are tailored exactly to what your pets needs are.Also just as important, the workers there are true animal lovers. They are so good with our dog, and really do a great job with the animals.I can't recommend them highly enough, if your pet needs help, give them a call.”
“Dr. Hensley has been both knowledgeable and professional when helping my elderly rat. He's been able to answer all of my questions and concerns, and I feel like my rat is in good hands.
The fact that this facility has a nebulizer has also been of extreme importance. My only complaint is that that there was a time that nobody told me to put a certain medication in the fridge, but I figured it out since it was on the bottle.”

“My cat and my visit to Laguna Hills Animal Hospital was such a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. The vet tech and Dr Jon were so kind and offered me sound advice that made me feel comfortable and like I could trust them with the health of my baby(cat). I can tell that the vet really has a passion for what he does and the expertise to back it up. He handled our visit with grace, answered all of my questions, and even let me know about vaccines that Latte wasn’t up-to-date on, so we could take care of that too. I never once felt like I was being pressured into care that I wasn’t seeking for my cat. The visit was reasonably priced as well. This will definitely be our new vet from now on.”
