“I spoke with MaryAnn Baron and she helped us in the fastest and most friendly way! Our dog was being seen at a new vet and we needed to have him covered and she made that happen. She is so helpful and sweet! We are so happy to be insured by UPC!! Thanks MaryAnn.”
“I've been with Alicia Pet Care for many years, going back to the original location on Alicia Parkway. They have always been kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The explanations on the care and treatment of my pets have always been clear and thorough. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.”
“Every time I come here I leave with a super happy doggy and that’s all that matters in the end. The staff and Dr. Kruger are so kind and helpful and I feel like we’re in excellent hands.”
“Dr. Gordon was, as he always has been, a thorough vet with my older dog today. I can always rest assured that we have reviewed all of the latest treatments and meds for my older dog. Keeping up with the latest information on pet health is one of the many reasons I have been going to Dr. Gordon for 25 years. He makes sure we review any current issues, and what the treatment is. He also has holistic experience and I highly recommend acupuncture for older pets. It does make a big difference for my older dog and his ease of movement. I highly recommend him, and do so with my friends and their pets.”
“After calling so many places between California, Arizona & even Mexico I was so grateful to come across Veterinary Neurology Center. When I initially called, Michelle was super helpful and friendly. She was able to get my boy Crixus scheduled to be seen. We met with Dr. Dillard, she was very kind, thorough and explained everything to me, sadly a few things she had to explain a couple of times. The stress was not helping in retaining anything she said. While I do not wish to have to see Dr. Dillard again, for the sake of my boy and his health, I am glad to have found a vet that I like. She seems very good at what she does and truly cares. She explained my options and I decided to move forward with MRI & tap testing. We are now anxiously awaiting results. The office was clean, everyone we encountered was super friendly. The cost was fair. I had prepared myself for far worse and was pleasantly surprised that it was on the lower end of what I had found online for "average" costs. The location was easy to get too and there was ample parking. Should my boy need to continue with a neurologist, we will definitely make the needed trek out to see Dr. Dillard.”
“I've been going to this clinic for a year with my senior kitties.
General info:
Appointment costs are reasonable if not a bit cheaper than surrounding clinics, which is great.
The clinic is busy, but they're always able to get you in for a sudden appointment if necessary, which I'm grateful for at times when my pets had concerning health issues arise. They always try to accommodate you. There are many vets at the clinic (I've met with at least 4-5), so you'll likely visit different vets each time unless your pet has a health issue, which means you'll see the same vet until it's resolved.
Everyone is friendly and lovely and you don't feel rushed when you have an appointment. *Note: We are the voice for our pets health, so still, make sure you ask all the questions and do whatever you need for your pet, including following up on results for tests, etc.
Because all these vets come from different backgrounds, at this clinic, I've experienced different consultations: vets with firm beliefs and who make immediate diagnoses and vets who advocate doing your own research (which i appreciate) and who consider any and all options before confirming anything. My experiences with most of the vets have been pleasant, but these differences naturally have us inclined toward favoring some vets at the practice more than others.
Personal story:
First, it was an annual exam, then it was my calico's unfortunate diagnosis of chronic kidney disease. Later, my tuxedo kitty was suffering from her mouth and because they didn't have any immediate dental care openings, they insisted upon her being checked by a dental specialist at a specialist clinic and we found she had terminal cancer. I'm grateful they did not make us wait. Her loss hurts us still to this day, but this clinic was very sweet in sending a card with their condolences.
Dr. E:
My calico got pancreatitis soon after that ordeal and she was seen by Dr. E, who is kind, very informative, and dare I say, our favorite vet at the practice. My calico was sent to an internal medicine doctor for specialist care, but despite this and some continued struggles, Dr. E was always thinking of ways to help when we needed it and always patiently answering and clarifying our many, many questions. Since working with Dr. E on maintainance care, our calico has gained weight and is doing very well, even when her chronic kidney disease has slightly progressed. What really helped her get out of lasting pancreatitis symptoms by the end was B12 injections Dr. E prescribed. Due to our many positive experiences with her, we continue to ask for Dr. E and highly recommend her.
In conclusion:
We've gone to this clinic so many times in the course of a year, and every time, the receptionists, vet techs, and vets have been wonderful to our cats and the prices of anything and everything have been fairly decent (highly recommend pet insurance with senior pets though). I would recommend this place for your pet's medical care, especially with Dr. E. and Dr. Roberts.

Thank you so much! ❤️❤️❤️

“We recently moved to the area. In the brief time we've lived here, we've had two emergencies, with two different pets. In both instances, we've had our pets treated that day, without having had an appointment. Both times the quality of care has been great treating the underlying cause. The staff was wonderful, communicating with, keeping us informed, and checking up afterwards. We couldn't have been happier with the overall service.”
“I feel very comfortable bringing my pets here. I don't feel like they try and do unnecessary procedures or tests or try to upsell me. Vets are very personable and explain everything well.”

360 E First St #109, Tustin“Home Pet Euthanasia is a thorough and caring in-home euthanasia service. You can tell from the amount of time and effort put into their website. I appreciate the page that covers pet pain as pain manifests differently in pets, and can go unnoticed by the untrained eye. Dr. Annie and her team have certainly gone out of their way to make sure pet owners are educated on the process of euthanasia, and are as prepared as possible to help provide a peaceful passing for their pet.”
“We took our dog Debbie for her first ever appointment here this morning and it was a great experience. The whole team is very friendly and welcoming and our dog was very comfortable. Very glad we found this spot.”

“We have been with quail animal hospital for more than five years. Dr. Wang is the best vet we have ever met. He is very knowledgeable and honest, it is very easy to communicate with him and he has a lot of patience. They will call us the second day after every visit, which is very nice. The price is pretty fair for an animal hospital in Irvine. I took out one star because every time when we try to call them to make an appointment no one would answere, we had to left a voice mail and waiting, sometimes it took more than a day which can be frustrating.”
“It was my first puppy, so I had a lot of worries and things I didn't know, but I thanked the doctors and nurses for being kind and explaining them one by one.”

30816 Coast Hwy, Laguna Beach“They squeezed us in when our little guy was passing away. It was one of the hardest moments of our life and they handled us with care and compassion. We had never even used them as a vet but they were the closest to our house and let us in when we needed them most. I wish we would have used them all along. These people care about your pets and they care about people and it shows. Thank you for making a horrible day bearable.”

Dr. Gunderson and her staff at Muirlands were amazing! After taking Zoey in as an emergency client, suturing her wounds, etc., she provided ongoing guidance in follow up visits for the past two weeks, giving me instructions, proper meds, etc. so I could care for Zoey at home without needing to send her to an animal hospital for a long stay. Probably the best vet experience I've ever had...their quality care and support are the reasons my cat (and I!) survived her traumatic injuries! Thank you Dr. Gunderson and Staff!”
“I recently took my cat to Lake Forest Animal Clinic and had a great experience with Dr. Lana Bordcosh. Right from the start, she was super friendly and really took the time to hear us out. We never felt rushed, and she patiently listened to all our concerns. Dr. Bordcosh knew exactly what to do and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Thanks to her, we left with the right meds and advice. Huge shoutout to Dr. Lana for being awesome!”
“Such a great animal hospital. The staff and veterinarians are so loving and kind. They love their jobs and work with you every step of the way. Pharaoh and Kaya are happy to call this place their hospital.”
“The doctors and the assistant are very attentive and they give me a call on every appointments and provided me an update on my pets test results. I would definitely recommend this Vet hospital.”
“As I'm waiting for Spookys test results, I decided to take a min. to leave a review because I've never felt so calm and reassuring of a place more than Tustin Legacy. As you walk in it's the cutest place, very warm and welcoming they had spookys room ready and on the door they had a welcome sign for him with a spooky house/a ghost and a spider web?. From staff to the vet not once did I feel pressured to paying for things I didn't want. They give you a few options and you chose what you want done. I have found his forever hospital.”

13925 Yale Ave #115, Irvine“First time coming to this vet, and we were met with kind receptionists Maria, vet tech Euroh and Dr. Mario. We came in for a check up and addressed our concern for Archie's flaky skin. They helped us with everything we needed and got him vaccinated and cleaned up!”
“Dr. Margolis is a very caring and extremely knowledgeable vet. I have been taking my dogs to him for years and he has been amazing in diagnosing, providing care and following up after care. He is extremely thorough and has taken the time to relate to my dogs, by getting down on the floor with them, to ease their anxiety! Impressive! He has always been willing to help even when I had simple questions or concerns! Very impressive!! Thank you, Dr. Margolis and your staff for your continuing dedication to the animals you take care of.”
“Scheduled a nail trim only but cat got sick that morning. Easily turned a nail trim appointment into a medical visit appointment. Friendly welcome. Quick service. Vet professional, knowledgeable, but most impressive is she really love animals. Showed great compassion. Even gave our new love bug a sweet little hat. Just found our new vet!”
“Doc Mac and crew are so supportive! Kim & April are always so helpful as well! Thanks to the Tustana team, my dogs life has been extended thus in-turn, mine as well!”
“Tesla had her first visit with Dr. Barry today. She enjoyed being loved on and making friends with Dr. Barry and her staff, who were all very friendly, pleasant and welcoming. We felt we were in great hands from the moment we stepped in until we left. Dr. Barry’s passion for animals was evident while she interacted with Tesla. We also appreciated her transparency and how thorough she was in addressing any concerns during the examination. It was also very sweet for Tesla to be offered a toy to take home at the end of her visit. :) We love our new vet!”
“I recently took my cat to Saddleback Animal Hospital and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Dr. Clark and her team
took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answering all of my questions with patience and care. It was clear that they genuinely love animals and are dedicated to their well-being. The clinic was clean and well-organized, which added to my peace of mind. I left feeling confident that my pet received the best care possible. Highly recommend!”
“After suddenly and very unexpectedly losing our young cat, we reached out to Lab for Pets and were able to bring him to the facility on the same day for necropsy (postmortem) services. The pathologist was very kind, communicative and transparent about the entire process (our first time going through this type of process). The final lab report was emailed to us and I received a phone call from the pathologist on the same day the report was emailed, where he spent time explaining the findings and making the report easier to understand. The pathologist also offered guidance and recommendations for the surviving littermate, given the results. The remains were then Fed Ex'ed overnight to us because we live in a different county and so we wouldn't have to drive back up to get them. They were beautifully and thoughtfully packaged as well. A lot of love seemed to go into that final part. I would very much recommend Lab for Pets for their necropsy and other services. They are professional and caring, especially during a very emotional process such as this. Thanks again”
“After our dog was partially paralyzed by IVDD and needed surgery our Vet recommended we have him go through a rehab program ideally with hydrotherapy. We did research and called around to several different providers, but the professionalism of C.R.O.C. stood out as we tried to get into get an evaluation and treatment plan.Unlike some other providers we were able to actually get through on the phone and talk with someone, and our emails were promptly returned.Thank god we went with Canine Rehab, Lauryn and her team are truly miracle workers. We thought that Archer was likely destined for a cart, he had no use of his right leg and his left was stiff and unable to move when we started rehab.A few months later and he's able to get around on his own, stand up and balance, stretch and move without pain and we have hope that he's going to continue to improve and lead a much happier life.IVDD is terrible, can strike out of nowhere and completely rob your pet of their former lives.Canine Rehab completely changed my dog's recovery from IVDD and if you have any recovery needs for your pet you owe it to them to get the best treatment possible. From hydrotherapy, acupuncture, cold laser, ultrasound etc they have a variety of different treatment options that are tailored exactly to what your pets needs are. Also just as important, the workers there are true animal lovers. They are so good with our dog, and really do a great job with the animals.I can't recommend them highly enough, if your pet needs help, give them a call.”
“Our usual vet was temporarily closed, so we came here with our giant baby, and we were really happy with how much they were able to accommodate his… particular needs. They were so great about showing this 131 pound goober plenty of patience and love despite his freak outs. 12/10! Highly recommend!”
