Union Bank is now owned by USBank, what a disaster for Union Bank. We were shuttled between two offices seeking a simple letter verifying our account. Neither office could write a letter out side the confines of their established templates. And neither office had been issued rubber ink stamps to its managers to verify documents. We presented a much more complicated scenario to First Citizens Bank and it was handled quickly, efficiently and with true customer service. Thank you Matt. Goodbye USBank.

I don't know what happened to this bank. It used to be my favorite the gal in the very front not quite sure her nationality, but it was not American who is the rudest person and after 35 years of cashing checks and doing business, I was grandfathered in by two banks gave me a very hard time I'm thinking about moving to school first anyways, I don't need this kind of treatment.

This is the worst bank on the planet. I open a saving account for the purpose to have my safety deposit box paid from it. And after many calls and in person visits they cannot get their act together. Then they made my account dormant which apparently requires an in person visit to resolve. Even though I have a letter saying they would take the safety deposit fee from my account they did not do it. They should pack it in, banking is not for them.

i showed up 3 days ago and the bank is not open... no note on the door, no number to call !! the furniture is still all there ... i have called other banks they are not sure when it will be open... i have a safety deposit box in there that i want to get into.... not a damn thing i can do about it.. i am so angry.. i called the corporate office back east, and all i get is recordings.... not a damn person to talk to...

I referred some elderly clients to this branch. The people at the branch, Monette and Jackson, made this couple feel so welcome and the clients had great things to say about their experience about how the staff was very kind and patient with them. The couple said they had been banking with Bank of America for years but had a much better experience with U.S. Bank's customer service and are moving their banking needs to U.S. Bank! Thanks so much! :)

I have used many banks and am pleasantly pleased with this branch. I have my preferred people to help me of course and to the others please do not ask what I do for work......i am not looking for small talk.....but overall happy.

The team at this location is friendly when available, but US Bank as a whole is remarkably disappointing in the low bar of service, high fees, and zero value they provide customers. They’re the type of old world bank that competes with keeping your money in a mattress, with little care in providing any value to customers.

I tried to call this branch and kept getting placed on hold, after 10 minutes I would hang up and try again I never did get taken off hold. I called US Banks toll free number and finally got someone who called the Laguna Woods Branch and had them call me back. They set an appointment for 10 Am on Monday morning. When I got there they told me they would not be able to keep that appointment because they were all busy and needed one person to handle the counter. They did however take a walk in instead of me. At that point I left. Terrible absolutely terrible customer service.

I go to the he Laguna Woods bran è and it is never crowded. In fact the customer service is conducted at desks with a place to sit down. Service is always friendly and relaxed. While all the customer service agents are very friendly, my favorite is Jackson Gilkey. Always personal service. More like visiting a friend than doing business at an impersonal bank. Before I moved to laguna Woods I dealt with the Barranca ranch in Irvine. Once again über friendly customer service.

Monett Harris is a wonderful banker. She is calm and helpful during a banking crisis for a customer such as me going through fraud and scam problems. She was responsive and patient!!

I just talked to Monnett Harris. it was such a waste of time to talk to someone who is so rude. it's the reason the reviews are so bad. i called to talk about opening up a business account and she practically convinced me not to bank with US Bank. Not sure what kind of operation. She told me that as a new customer I would not have access to my money for days and then had no knowledge about Stripe payments. She definitely talked me out of moving 4 accounts to US Bank. Waiting for the branch manager to call me back.

I went to this branch to cash a check written to me by a customer of mine who banks with US Bank. alAfter agreeing to a $7 fee to cash the check, I waited for the teller to attempt to reach my customer, because apparently verification was needed beyond the fact that this check was written and signed by my customer to me. After a 15 minute wait, where I also had to give the teller my social security number, they were unable to reach my customer, and could not process the transaction any further. What a waste of time and horrible customer service. I would never return to this location, nor would I ever bank here.
