Union Bank is now owned by USBank, what a disaster for Union Bank. We were shuttled between two offices seeking a simple letter verifying our account. Neither office could write a letter out side the confines of their established templates. And neither office had been issued rubber ink stamps to its managers to verify documents. We presented a much more complicated scenario to First Citizens Bank and it was handled quickly, efficiently and with true customer service. Thank you Matt. Goodbye USBank.

I don't know what happened to this bank. It used to be my favorite the gal in the very front not quite sure her nationality, but it was not American who is the rudest person and after 35 years of cashing checks and doing business, I was grandfathered in by two banks gave me a very hard time I'm thinking about moving to school first anyways, I don't need this kind of treatment.

This bank has issues with the only ATM they have. They have taken my money and refuses to credit my checking account for 2 weeks because they have to review the issues. This is not the first time it has happened to me. Never have this problem with Bank of America, and that is where I keep most my money. I do not trust this bank anymore.

So we walking 10:45 and it's almost to have a seat and wait now it's 1115 and all what we can see is the manager arguing with this Persian worker there that keep telling him I'm on it and trying to convince him that she is constantly checking it out in a loud voice that we can hear it from where we're sitting down, why do we need to hear this? And why (the most important question) we are still waiting where they on the other hand are all arguing and unorganized and scabbard around trying to patch the gaps ,, and now a lady(who is setting with customers in the picture) comes up to us after seeing me taking pictures and tell me she will take 45 minutes until we get reach out for help!! WOW talking about customer satisfaction here.

I went in yesterday to make 2 deposits. One for $1500.00 and $200.00 in a different account . I woke up Next morning and I did not see the second transaction. I could not find a receipt for that and both were cash. I have a receipt for the first one . I am 100 % sure I gave her $200.00 The bank manager said we have video we can check out the whole transaction. He said it would take some time as he had to get with security. I thought I am going to get my money back. The lady that helped her self is the assistant manager. He acted like he was more concerned about her. He called me back 6hrs later and said the tape only show one transaction. I have to take his word for it. If he really wanted to ease my mind he would invite me to se the footage for myself. People I am telling you , don't go here, read the other reviews. I got the $200.00 lesson. I screwed up the fact that I did not pay attention to make sure I had 2 receipts. I will be going to the Ralph's branch for now on. I WILL NEVER STEP ONE FOOT IN THAT BANK and they can check that out on there video .

Customer service seems to change here monthly but since this branch is very empty of customers I always get great service. ATM seems to break down too often. Today the machine took my card but screen went blank. I was told someone would get me my card back. I got a call the next day and apparently the people there the day before didn't communicate that I had lost my card so I did not feel like a valued customer at all today. Plus they said they only hold the cards 2 days. I will scream if my card is not there tomorrow morning.

Just terrible customer service so I was not surprised when I saw just 1 star for this bank. I had a check for $6900 and they couldn't cash it! Couldn't cash a check and wanted advanced notice! Not a dependable bank I want to do business with. Won't let you have your own money even though they confirmed it was there? Chose some place else.

First of all, if I could give U.S. Bank zero stars I would! I tried to make a DEPOSIT into someones account and I was denied b/c I did not have the account number. I explained that I'm making a deposit and don't need or asking for any personal information. I actually gave them the full address of the person I'm making the deposit for and was still denied. Now I know what the U.S. stands for, Unnecessary Services!

When I first signed up with US Bank the customer service was excellent, at the branch in Huntington Beach. However, I frequent this one on El toro because it's the close to where I live. Strike 1. My first bad experience was walking into this bank to make a transaction and waiting for two tellers to break their small talk session to help me. I believe one was a manager. 2. I deposited a large cashiers check only to find out a week later that they were holding half of it. I was notified by mail and I understand the reasons but the courteous thing to do would have been to call me. Hopefully we don't get to strike 3 or I'm out.

We were scheduled to close escrow this morning at 11 AM. Yesterday we arranged to have a wire transfer sent and advised them they had to send it by 10 AM and was told it would be no problem. Guess what, they didn't send it till 1PM, we were unable to close, we have to rearrange with the movers, all because they were neglectful in following through on customer service. Needless to say we will be closing our account with them
