“I'm just not sure what to say, so I'll just say this. Thank you! Especially to Marilyn and Jay for once again going the extra mile for me. Basically I just had to switch insurances after MediCAL dropped me and I was hit w. an unexpected co-pay and wasn't able to afford / fill my script. I told them I'd be calling them back. Without me asking they went out of there way to make things right until I am able to find a resolution with my new ins. carrier. Service that is just unheard of these days. Thanks again guys.”

Regarding insurance concerns, if there’s an error or miscommunication, staff, specifically Abraham, is on top of it and quick to correct. After two years of working with Abraham, I must say, an astonishing worker! He goes beyond to make sure our facility is cared for, especially clients' needs (Medications, Prescription refills). In an emergency, the pharmacy acts promptly and is willing to deliver on the same day. No issues with Rx Transfers and Refills. “I can’t say enough good things about the entire team here. I had an increase in dosage on one of my medicines that insurance kept denying. I had been fighting for 5 months and getting by on samples every week from my Neurologist. I switched from CVS to here for all my meds, explained the situation, and Superman stepped in. I had a partner calling the insurance everyday and finally got a 5 month battle I had been fighting by myself won in a week. Without going into detail, this medicine changed my life and I think I’d still be fighting with the HMO. Thanks guys for all that you do. Incredibly grateful and a customer for life ??”

“After having an issue with a shortage of one medication that is crucial and spending 4 hours searching I found this gem of a pharmacy. The angel on the phone instantly made me feel at ease and was so friendly. When my Mom showed up to pick it up they were so kind to her as well and she was very impressed with the care they took. The pharmacist also took the time to call me and go over a couple of things. I'm moving my arsenal of medications over to them. I can see immediately how special they are and my mother could as well!”

“I am not their customer yet, but I wanted to write a review of the very helpful and kind staff at this pharmacy. I called to see if they had my prescription in stock since my usual pharmacy has been back-ordered for a while, and I really need to get it soon. The gentleman who answered my call was friendly and understood my situation. I gave him my prescription name, and he immediately told me that the prescription had been discontinued for a while and that I should contact my doctor. He also mentioned that after I had a replacement prescription from my doctor, he would be happy to assist me. I have decided to switch my pharmacy to this one. Great experience so far!”

“I cannot recommend this place enough! Tom is more than a pharmacist, he’s a partner in your healthcare journey. He’s thoughtful and knowledgeable and will spend time talking through your Rx, and if you need more info he’ll provide all the details of the medicine, what you can expect and/or recommendations. Not to mention that he makes every effort to process and turn orders around quickly. When the USPS messed up delivery of time sensitive medication that I needed before a trip to Hawaii, (not his fault), he sent another order to me FedEx next day and covered the expense so that I would have it when I arrived at hotel. Tom heart-centric and patient-focused, and in a time where our healthcare feels broken, Tom is one of the few good providers left.
NOTE: For anyone complaining about phones and response time: Keep in mind this is an independently owned and run pharmacy. So there aren’t a bunch of people working there to take calls, so you are likely going to leave a message. It may be frustrating in the moment, but that also means the cost of your Rx is FAR LESS than other places with more staff and the quality is just as good if not BETTER. I have found it’s best to call after 1:30pm and if I don’t hear back by end of day I always hear back within 24 hours. Also, be considerate and don’t wait until the last minute to submit your Rx or request refill. Hands down I give OC Compounding pharmacy a 10 out of 10!”
“BEST PHARMACY AROUND! They have an awesome staff & they are so caring, kind, helpful & willing to go the extra distance to get your scripts cheaper . They are very knowledgeable & very attentive. I have many allergies to prescription meds & they are alwayswatching my back. There was a few times they had to flag scripts & get something else prescribed due to my allergies. I feel safe with Oso Pharmacy & I think they have an awesome group of people working here. I love them & I wouldn't trade their customer service for any other place. They are da BEST!!!!”

“I’ve been going here about a year after switching from CVS. Let me tell you, the level of service you get here is so far beyond what you could ever hope for from a CVS, Walgreens, or any huge chain. Within seconds of calling an actual person answers the phone and helps you! The line is never more than a person or two long and they have a great little drug store. Going to the pharmacy used to be so, so stressful for me but ever since switching over to this lovely little pharmacy, it’s been so easy that I still get surprised by their level of service :)”
