Stopped in to fill up my car. On the island was a vacuum (no sign saying not to use it unless you were getting a car wash) so I decided to vacuum a bit while waiting for pump to finish. Gray haired woman came out yelling, "You can't use that!" Told her I was filling car and didn't know it wasn't allowed. Based on her accent I assume she had immigrated from Eastern Europe. Only relevant because her next comment was "Everyone in this country expects things and want something for nothing!" How anti-American!!!! Many of my family members fought and were lost in WWII to free those countries and never asked for anything for all they sacrificed. Had there been a sign, I would never have touched the vacuum. Her aggressive rudeness was startling. Can only imagine her reaction should you disagree with quality of detail or wash.

I just had the $3x .00 wash, interior, tire dressing done.They did a great job! My car was filthy inside and they really cleaned it up well.Thank you!

My car was sooooo dirty when I brought it in. They fixed it up inside and out. And it only took 25 or 30 minutes. I was impressed with the person who dried the car. Seems like he wiped down every inch. Inside and out. I didn't see the vacuumers but they did vacuum well. I went at 3:30 because it looked pretty empty so maybe that's why it was so fast? Anyway, I recommend them.

AMAZING!!!!! Best place to get a full detail on your vehicle in Orange County!! Ask for Gonzo he is honestly the best!!!!! He is like the best of the best! My car always looks brand new because of him! Super quick super good and just amazing service over all!!!!

I wrote a review under their previous name. I can see why they changed names. I went in for a detail. I felt I was paying too much, but I really needed it done, and they wouldn't negotiate. WORST car detail EVER!They missed cleaning at least five places...all obvious. After the poor re-cleans, I found MORE places they missed...as I was driving out.The job they did wasn't even on par with a regular car wash. Avoid frustration and look elsewhere.

Wouldn't have known they sold gas if it weren't for the sign... It's tucked away in the back. If you have to prepay you have to find the entrance. Friendly attendant inside but not much action or offerings... Not sure if they are still a car wash even? I saw some shade canopies, but didn't see any vacuums or features??

Paid for Deluxe and they did bare minimum, I don't know how this business is still operating. Wouldn't recommend at all. I have a black car and even out if the tunnel you can still see dirt afterwards. During drying process didn't even wipe down dirt areas either.

So many negative reviews. I've always had great luck with these guys. Hand wash and hand wax on a black Chevy II. Always looks great.

Be sure and pack a lunch. This car wash is always very slow. Be prepared to wait an hour for basic wash. I would do it myself but due to water shortage forced to rely on washing services.This place is closest to my house but the absolute slowest and poorly managed. The finished product looks good so that's why 2 instead of no stars.

This morning I came to have a hand wash and hand wax. The guys who do the work are great, but I was rushed by one man who was more concerned about the car waiting behind me. I was filling up my gas tank, and the one guy was showing me what the hand wax would look like, while the other guy was rushing me to move my car forward. When I went to pay the $150, that same guy was rushing me as I was putting my card back into my wallet because the person in the van behind me was now waiting in line. He came to fill up his car and drove off without a car wash, yet he was treated with more concern than me who is staying here for an hour while I have $150 worth of hand wash and hand wax done to my car. Really bad service and I didn't appreciate the rolling eyes of the guy who was rushing me. I will go somewhere else next time.

This car wash caused about $1,000 dollars of damage to my car during a car wash, they scratched all my windows and windshield to where you can feel the cut with your finger.The owner BORIS automatically blamed me and said I should have told them not to clean the windows, he refused to help in any way, and ending the conversation by threatening to call the police. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS
