I worked with Bob DePew and Laguna Premier Realty to buy one home and to sell two others in Laguna Woods. The quality of service was outstanding. Bob was found to be highly ethical and had genuine concern for my family's best interest in all transactions. He surrounds himself with a team of professionals. This team made both purchase and sales transactions very easy. Guidance was provided throughout the realty and escrow sides of all transactions. I will use Bob again in the future. Larry M.

This review is for one agent Lisa Post Letourneau. I'm not sure if she has a mental illness, or deliberately lies and doesn't disclose pertinent information about a property. Be careful when dealing with her (if you can't avoid working with her). Do research on any property she represents: Has there been a history of mold? Any geological issues? What maintenance does the property need? Are appliances safe? Has anyone died at the property? Anything you can think of that an agent who follows the law would be cognizant of during a sale or rental. She says one thing one day and does a complete 180 the next day. Many agents have had issues with her unethical ways.

We worked with David Latorneau to sell two properties in Laguna Woods after our uncle passed away. Because we live in another state, the entire process was conducted remotely. The situation was complicated by many unusual factors, including a lingering caretaker and demolition in the second unit. David skillfully addressed all these issues over the course of 12 months by sending photos, lining up several competent repair people, forwarding their invoices, meeting them at the properties, working with the tenants who outstayed their welcome, and even sawing off a padlock that needed to be removed! Definitely a "hands on" realtor! He listened to our thoughts and tailored the listing to meet our wishes. His strategies yielded a buyer for our unattractive "fixer," sparing us additional expense to make it presentable. We write this positive review after buying and selling several homes and familiarity with the Laguna Woods community over decades. David's understanding of procedures unique to Laguna Woods is a real asset! His patience and pleasant manner was a plus in dealing with this stressful and complex situation.

I am SO glad I used Laguna Premier Realty!! After interviewing several realtors in the area, I went with Jennifer Heflin & Claire Craig at Laguna Premier Realty. Wow! What a team!! They quickly sold my home in Laguna Hills for $10k over asking, and Jennifer found me the perfect home in Laguna Woods that I was able to buy for well below market value! Both realtors were extremely knowledgeable and responsive, and I always felt that they put my needs first. Between the two of them and the escrow office, every question I had was addressed immediately. This is my 3rd home purchase, and by far the easiest experience, and all during Covid 2020! I can't recommend them enough!

I am an attorney practicing in estate planning and probate matters. I have worked with Jennifer Heflin on several cases in the past year or two where sale of a property in Laguna Woods was required as part of a trust or probate administration. Jennifer is always quick, informative, and pleasant. I would highly recommend anyone work with her or her team, especially if you are looking in the Laguna Woods community!

This company is BAD News. My parents purchased a home in Laguna Woods through them. They have no integrity and care nothing about the client. My agent was a part owner. She insisted on using their in house escrow. What's that about??! I thought Escriw was supposed to be neutral. The escrow officer was never there, the agent never responded to calls or questions and when I called the owner Robert, he was rude, arrogant and disrespectful. My parents and I chose Jennifer as she was experienced but apparently become more interested in her commissions, the kickbacks she gets on escrow and nothing about us. We ended up canceling the deal and using C-21 who were fantastic and they recommended a neutral escrow company who wax exemplary. STAY AWAY FROM LAGUNA PREMIER.

When she came to look at my house I was selling in Laguna Hills, she brought Claire Craig with her and said they'd work as a team to sell my house. I couldn't have made a better choice! Jennifer and Claire went to work immediately, and my home was listed within 2 weeks. Within 21 days, I had multiple offers, and accepted an offer $10k over asking. Jennifer and Claire made the process so easy!As the final 3 offers were coming in, Jennifer found the perfect property for me in Laguna Woods! The owner accepted my offer immediately, and escrow on both homes closed just a few days apart.I am so grateful to Jennifer and Claire for their expertise, hard work, and excellent communication with me during this process!

We contacted Claire when we began looking to buy in Laguna Woods. We interviewed 3 agents to represent us as out-of-town buyers and picked Claire. Claire was the most prepared and interested in our needs and circumstances. She is a highly professional realtor. We provided Claire with a very narrow range of possible unit locations and types and she delivered the exact unit we'd hope to own. Claire also has all the connections and resources for navigating the Laguna Woods purchase requirements. Claire was very responsive to our questions and requests.
