“Found this awesome little baby clothes store by a referral from another retailer. It is kind of tucked up a side street, and the signage is a little hard to see from the street, but once you find it you are in a slice of baby bliss. The store is ran and I assumed owned by the sweetest little grandmother who spent plenty of time connecting with us on a personal level. She told stories about her four daughters and ten grandchildren. She obviously works very hard to bring new and diverse items and clothing because there was so much in such a small space. There is even a small bench and play table to keep them busy. Definitely find this place for the baby in your life.”
“Such a great shopping experience. The team is courteous and knowledgeable. Picked up a few things for myself and family. Tons of really cool decor too. Definitely coming back for their events.”

“Great customer service and conversation always in this store. The brand is a premium brand, and the employees always go the extra mile. In the last few months I've had great interactions and help. Today Robby, was super helpful and went the extra mile. Good energy, good info and was chill. They have high quality products at all times and worth the price! They have a wide variety of socks and underwear for both genders. And then some other clothing. I'm a fan of this brand. Always had their socks but recently wanted a change with underwear. And that's where I went with stance. And my favorites are the poly blend and cotton. Great material and feels amazing. To be honest I was against paying more for underwear whether it's for chilling at home, going on dates or working out- I needed an upgrade for feel and durability. Stance is the brand.”
“There was a bit of an issue made by them but eventually they did fix it. I feel there was a lack of communication but in the end they made it right. I'll be back!”
“Excellent quality products and outstanding customer service. You can tell the makers of Joovy really care about what they're doing. Website is SUPER easy to use which is much appreciated when you're a busy mom just trying to figure it all out. Quality seems superior to comparable products. Price point is very friendly in my opinion.”

“Great Carter's store! The staff is super friendly and the place is very clean and organized. They have a sma drawing station for the older kids right by the registers. They also have a couple of fitting rooms to try on clothes. They have a pretty large baby selection for both boys and girls which is great. They always have some sort of sale going on, and the clearance section is in the back right and left of the store for girls and boys.”

“I have been on the hunt for traditional old school 501 jeans. You may not know that although the tags of many levi's say Original 501s that is not actually the case. Levi has made the leap into more sustainable fabrics so there are many options now with stretchy denim like fabric that looks similar but the fit is really different. I hoped to find actual original 501 fabric in my size but that didn't happen on my visit to this store. The store is well organized with friendly helpful staff though and they did make alternate suggestions. I was able to buy some original 501s for my husband and it was a good experience overall. Left feeling like we had some success.”
“I want to give a huge shout out to The Gap in Crystal Cove California. Their store is always impeccable, and it is also inviting with warm Customer Service from the moment you walk in the front door. Two weeks ago I came in and was given such personal attention by Lilly to help me buy several outfits. When I was checking out, Ryan looked through each piece and gave me reassurance of what I was buying with his excellent taste in clothing as well as Lilly’s. The manager Monica runs an incredible store, making sure everything is perfect from Customer Service a great shopping experience. I have been coming in for the last eight years and will continue to shop At The Gap in Crystal Cove.”
“Clothes are always so cute, and stylish. I feel like they always have a sale going on so the prices are good for the quality and look of the clothes. I just wished that Mission Mall could price match with the prices online because they have great customer service and it's fun to shop in-person. That being said, I do a lot of online shopping there for our 4 year old.”

“Meredith the manager and MK were absolutely phenomenal! Their customer service was second to none. They went above and beyond to ensure my daughter got the exact aviator nation clothing products she has "wanted her entire life" all 12 years lol. Despite the humor in the situation Meredith and MK called multiple stores and were able to track down exactly what my daughter wanted and have them shipped to our house promptly from NY and San Francisco! They were so kind, accommodating and beyond helpful! Cant thank them enough and we will be sure to shop at the Laguna store whenever possible because these ladies have made a lasting impression and we are so grateful for them! Aviator Nation should definitely recognize Meredith and MK for their amazing representation of top-notch customer service! Thanks again for all you did and making my daughter's birthday wish come true!”

“Yesterday I decided to do a little shopping before the rains would keep me from going outdoor shopping. I saw an awesome skirt in the window @ Cotton On . I tried on size 2 . I wanted to wear it lower almost at my hips . Carlos came to my rescue. He was able to take the size I needed off the mannequin. While I went to go try that size on , Carlos put a different size on the mannequin. Unfortunately the second skirt I tried on was the right size but when I asked if it would shrink when I washed . Carlos said very possibly it would. Once again poor Carlos had to take off another skirt again off the mannequin. Luckily for me Carlos so do patient with me . I was able to purchase the size skirt i needed. I felt bad that Carlos had to do so much for me . I felt it was important to know that Carlos went above and beyond for me . I feel like he would do this for all his customers. It's all about making his customers happy so they can keep coming back . Fernando was also very helpful. He took ge time to sign me up for the rewards program. Thank you Fernando. Carlos I can't thank you enough for your service!”

“Took our dirty car seats here twice for cleaning and they did an amazing job! Car seats were stained with food, slime, even throw up on one, and everything came out. Looked brand new. Highly recommend!”
