Really bad experience after banking over 30 years. There are a couple of nice tellers but if they're not there then you're just another walk-in person

This branch has definitely earned it bad rating. Tried to open an account with Brady and it just went down hill from there. He didn't get back to me for 3 weeks and gave me an abrasive, 'well I am calling you back now'. No follow up, bad products, bad customer service, high fees. Typical Chase.

My sister went to this branch and told the teller her husband passed away and she has his ssn and all the papers required from any bank, he then took her to another person who told her we can't help you unless you get a statement which is completely wrong... then she asked the bank manager and she told her the same. Now what I don't understand is that we went to another Chase bank gave them the papers and they gave us everything with no problem ... more training needed to the employers and the manager who confirmed wrong information...

I love banking at this CHASE branch! During the whole covid thing, many banks limited hours, reduced services, and shuttered some locations. Even though they closed a closer, more convenient branch on Alicia Parkway, I enjoy the better experience here. I have been a customer with another bank for over 35 years. Over the last few years, they have let me down. During covid, they absolutely made my life miserable, save my favorite teller who was always so sweet and understanding. A check re-order took two weeks, instead of the usual seven business days. Customer service was of little help. Tried to get it fixed in person, oh but not on Saturdays-CLOSED!!! Frustrated, at my wits end, and with no appointment, I appeal for assistance at this branch. Despite his helping numerous customers with safe deposit boxes, and other needs, JAYDEN offers to address my dilemma. Just like that, I have a new checking account, printed checks, transferred balance, all my problems fixed in ten minutes! My other bank is one big disappointment. I was originally dealing with CHASE while handling my father's estate, at the San Juan Capistrano branch. Nice staff there too. My recent experiences at this branch, even during covid, have all been extremely positive. Staffing has increased to meet demand-two to three windows open every visit. I just have to commend a recent addition to the already excellent teller team. If you have the good fortune of being assisted by TORI, you will delight in her sparkling personality, as well as her thorough and efficient handling of any transactions you require. I do not use the drive thru or ATM at any branches, as I rather prefer the in-person experience. Call me old fashioned, but many of the customers here are seniors too, and we like that CHASE understands it is what us customers want. Also, ample parking is always available here. To the Branch Manager; please acknowledge JAYDEN & TORI. As a retired manager in customer service operations for 37 years, they exemplify every trait you want in an associate. The whole team here is stepping up, keep it going!!

I have an account that supposedly comes with extra perks including notary. They require appointment so I made it first available 2 days later. I arrive a little early and am told to wait. After sitting for 30 minutes the person I'm supposed to meet with comes over and says it's going to be another 20 minutes or so before they can meet. If this were the only strike against chase I'd let it go. But trying to get someone on the phone is next to impossible and 75% of time you're going to foreign country where I struggle to understand them. Time to go back to basics and find a local bank for me. Chase works if you need in person but not high level of service. Otherwise there's way better online options.

Tried to use their atm to deposit some checks, the machine took my card and checks and just stayed on the loading screen for 30 MINUTES before returning my items and cancelling the deposit. I had to wait in my car and returned to work late because of this. Called inside looking for answers and they didn't pick up the phone until the 5th time I called. Why did they not close the atm if they knew it was having issues? Chase has been slipping in a lot of ways, this is pushing me to close all of my accounts with this bank as this was not my first time having an awful experience with them.

I have two words for this branch. Les Incompetents. (French for the Incompetent ones.) I show up to make a payment and there is a paper sign on the door saying they are closed. No explanation, just they are closed during normal business hours. Thanks for not updating Yelp and Google guys so we will waste our time driving over to read your paper sign. This is the 21st century but I guess nothing beats good old paper right?? Thanks for nothing, nothing against Chase as a corporation, just taking my business to another branch.

Extremely busy and not taking the proper precautions. There was a gross napkin that was left by the window and receipts on the table. That was disgusting to see. Teller was sweet and helpful when telling me I brought the wrong part of the cashiers check, my bad. But I will be avoiding the banks, mainly Chase, for as long as I can.

Two of the business agents staff at this branch are extremely rude and unprofessional. I went to that branch to open up a business account the agent was in a rich made so many mistakes with my account which I had to go back into the branch multiple times. Her name is Terodia do not work with her. She was in a hurry to leave she had no clue what she was doing. I tried to contact the manger and the manger never called me back then when went back to finish handling my account a very rude agent can not recall his name Hispanic mans that sits inside of a glass office was just as rude. I understand Covid is going on and everything but it does not give these agents permission to be rude and disrespectful to the customers especially if you're trying to open an account or if you're bringing in millions of dollars when you open the account. I have multiple businesses and other accounts with different banks and I can tell you Chase Bank has the rudest agents ever!

Kyle Kiss & Paul Hinojosa, really helped defuse a very frustrating experience. I called in advance and asked very specifically if i needed anappointment to open an account and was told NO! I I arrived and was told that I had to have an appointment no exceptions. (I sat in my car and called multiple branches in my area, many were closed, not accepting any appointments etc.) I went back in determined to get some help as we had been Chase customers for decades. I asked for the manager and was greeted with warmth and a sincere interest to help. My accounts were handled smoothly and quickly and two other banking needs were handled the same day with equal excellence. This location and staff are a cut above. Thanks Again - Lara

Yesterday, I was in the Laguna Hills area to help a friend. I happened to drive by the Laguna Hills Chase Bank branch and saw that it was open. I had tried the day before to take care of a banking matter at my two local Chase Bank branches (Villa Park & Orange) but they were both closed. And I tried to call two different 800 numbers, but was on hold with one number for 40 minutes and the other number for almost an hour and a half. I went into the Laguna Hills Chase Bank branch and walked up to the Teller window. The young woman that helped me seemed like she didn't care or want to listen to my needs and to just about anything I had to say. She seemed preoccupied. I asked to see a Banker. The Banker (Yolanda) I talked with then was kinda short with me and also gave me very bad information about various Chase Bank branches being open for business. She told me that the Villa Park Chase Bank branch is open until 4pm. On my way home to Orange, I stopped by the Villa Park Chase Bank branch to see for myself. There are two signs attached to the bank windows - "Temporarily Closed". My main concern is that the Chase Bank person should know what they are talking about and what they are telling people like me during these tough times. We all need correct and good information...Please!!!

They charge you $8 to write a cashiers check. I have never heard of a bank charging you for your own money. And then they say they will wave it only if I get a bank account with a minimum balance of $15,000. Sorry I don't trust you. Should have read the yelp before I came here. I will be checking out other Banks now. Just disgusting to charge someone for their own money and say "if you give us more then we won't charge you".
