Thank you Ray Chen and Rainbow Realty. The value Ray brings to his clients is unsurpassed, the expectations needed in this industry with low volume in finding the right property and a budget to consider was a challenge. Ray Chen was patient, and accommodating to my needs, finally finding a lease and including so much paperwork he guided me with along to process. Took the time to measure furniture, making sure my large pieces would fit. The emails to come in order to secure my potential residence were broken down for my understanding in the leasing world and how much it takes just to qualify. Finally the move has been accomplished, and still Ray is checking in to make sure all is well! Learning about Ray through my process I must add what a wonderful family man he is with the kindest qualities. We listed our home with Albert Hsu. He failed us on most every level. Despite coming to our home initially with many comps for Laguna Woods, he failed to market our home properly. We hired him with the expectation that he had extensive experience in Laguna Woods and would look out for our interests. Despite an agreement he would only allow the home to be shown to buyers pre-qualified financially to live in Laguna Woods, he continually showed our home to unqualified buyers. Despite all the comps he travels around with, our home was priced way below comparable homes, resulting in us selling the home for far less than it's market value. For your sake, stay away from Albert Hsu and Rainbow Realty.

Recently we met Carmen Johnson for showing us properties sales in Laguna Woods. Carmen was wonderful lady. She has knowledge of surround area about real estate market. She provided us good ideas in the area we looking for real estate properties as well as many facilities through out the community.My husband and I had the pleasure to meet Carmen.
