DISGUSTING. ? I went to breakfast and made the waffles that are provided and bit into this hard green thing. I was absolutely disgusting.

Great hotel with focus on making sure you are comfy while there! Loved the breakfast buffet - so much choice and a chef cooking omelettes to order - all part of the stay!5pm wine and snacks every evening was a good touch too - not restricted and fresh nibbles and cheesesThe staff apart from the grumpy old man on the front desk) are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy and the housekeeping was superb! It has a pool and great spa tub and pretty gardens to sit out side with too and stores and restaurants in east distance. I’ve got my company to use this hotel for all our flying visits now - loved it!

Staff is excellent, housekeeping very nice. Pets allowed on first floor. Rooms were very comfortable and welcoming. Price was good for nowadays. I had not one issue. I would happily stay again.

Great hotel, clean, comfortable and proceed right. No add on fees to surprise you. The staff couldn't be nicer. Very welcoming and helpful. A good breakfast is included with cook to order omelets. Kings Fish House is conveniently located just 2 miles away with wonderful dinner options and full bar. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Very nice and clean mid-price hotel/motel between the I-5 and Laguna Beach. It is in a safe clean neighborhood and has an EV charger. Prices were very reasonable. Very nice pool and hot tub area along with pleasant outdoor seating areas.

I have family living in Laguna and have visited the area several times. I have stayed in a total of 5 hotels plus an airbnb and I have found Ayers to be the best hotel (by far) in the Laguna Hills area. I recently stayed at Ayers for nearly 3 weeks and found it comfortable, safe, and very clean. The breakfast is the best I have ever had at a hotel (made to order eggs!) and the dining room staff is exceptionally friendly, big smiles every morning! A special thank you to Flavia for making me feel like family!

Great rooms and excellent service with a smile. Included breakfast was quality food. The staff was so friendly and even the staff preparing your omelettes in the morning were all smiles. Overall a great stay and will be back here again.
