The gym itself is awesome- the community is great. I could go before and after work for a year and could always get a cardio machine, squat rack, or cable machine, and rarely had to wait more than a couple sets for a specialized machine. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and has everything you’d need. Favorite chain gym, great location, that’s all awesome. Calling them or contacting them on the website can be a massive pain the butt- so going in person during business hours is your best bet.

Showed up to check out the gym and you cannot get in because they keep the doors locked apparently due to homeless in the area. I then called and left a message and I never heard back. They must not need the business. This is the complete opposite of the Anytime fitness in San Juan Capistrano.

Clean, well maintained. Safe enough to go late at night and very early morning as a solo female who just wants to run on a treadmill.

Best gym in the area. Honestly. I’ve tried them all. It’s always clean, has all the equipment you could ever need. But most importantly, the environment is healthy. The people that come here, come to workout. Health is the priority, not content creation. What a gem. Grateful to the people that keep this place going. Thank you thank you.

Im not going to bash this place on how i feel about the gym or why this didn't work out for us . We have been trying to cancel our membership and no one ever responds back or calls back. Very disappointed , feels like they don't want us to cancel so we have to continue to pay for the next two years. Next step will be with the BBB if he doesn't get a call back. We already tried the number they gave him awhile ago and they said the gym has to cancel us. But they won't return our calls!

The gym itself is really nice, they have great equipment and machines considering how small the gym is (compared to a 24hrs or LA Fitness). My only issue was the process of getting in. It’s open 24hrs so I decided to go with my brother at around 9:30pm. We had a free pass for the week that let us try the gym before committing to a membership but upon our arrival, we found that the door was locked and required a key fob to enter. There were no employees in sight and i even looked on their website to see if they have staffed hrs, but i couldn’t find anything. I called multiple times and no one picked up, but luckily someone was exiting the gym so we just walked in after him. Things were good for the first 5-10 mins but then the guy who previously left came storming back in and started yelling at us for coming inside after him. I explained to him that we had a pass and we’re allowed to be there (I showed him our pass too) but he kept swearing at us, saying he didn’t care, we needed to leave, and that he wasn’t going to leave us alone until we get out. Keep in mind it was pretty late and I am a 19 year old girl with my younger brother in tow, so it became very apparent that this guy was trying to scare us out. In the end, he left in frustration after I stood my ground and I was able to finish the rest of my workout, but I doubt I’ll be going here again.

The Manager and staff is never at the Gym, Ive been trying to get a membership for 1 month, almost everyday I stop by at different times to get a membership and the workers are never there. Ive yet to see someone actually in their little office doing their job over a month. I keep calling and it cuts short to leave a voicemail. This is ridiculous.

It's the little things like the cleanliness of the gym always! The bathroom has hot water on the sinks for washing hands after workouts, stretch are fully equipped, good machines etc. I travel the country, worked out at dozens of Anytime Fitness's, and this is by far one of the cleanest gyms. I don't know who the owner is but they take a lot of pride in this establishment and I'm very appreciative of it.

There is an x-Marin new manager Alex, who has made quite positive changes to the gym atmosphere with his hard work, pleasant disposition, and friendly attitude. I haven't seen a manager on his hands and knees scrubbing bathrooms floors. Alex does to keep the gym clean. He engages with members with smile and friendly conversations and makes members welcomed and belonging to the gym. He has made a very nice positive difference to the gym forward.Alex has made gym clean, operational, and friendly environment.

This gym is about as good as it gets. It's got nearly all the equipment one needs for a complete workout, including a generous stretching area and plenty of mats. The place is kept very clean- consider that all the big clubs nearby have constant sanitary issues, whether in the bathrooms, lockers, equipment itself, main floor, workout area, etc. And no one to voice these issues to that ever makes a difference. I know firsthand- being a former LA Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness patron- which are still sub-par and not up to the quality of clean at this Anytime Fitness.Because the gym was lucky enough to get Alex (for the last several months) the gym has taken on a new aura of heightened cleanliness, which is quite noticable. Also, the music volume that prior to Alex's arrival blasted through my headphones, forcing unwanted rap style music into my ears as I tried to enjoy a normal workout with my own tunes. Alex doesn't miss a beat when it comes to being helpful with any questions, getting new members on board, or attending to the daily cleanliness in the gym.The success of any gym like this one is high quality personnel, especially the manager who watches it daily. If Anytime Fitness places any value in this, they will especially value Alex and continue to support his efforts to keep this gym top notch, and therefore, keep its customer base. A is for Alex.

I've personally only worked out here once, but I know a handful of people who work in the area & frequent this gym quite a lot. It is pretty clean, professional, and I love the machines -- not only are they newer & modern, but the color (literally just solid black) is so much easier on the eyes than other gyms. As far as I've noticed, everyone is genuinely working towards something & focused on themselves. This, in my opinion, creates an inspirational environment to work out in -- as opposed to other gyms. It also isn't crazy busy or loud. Also, to touch on the topic of security & their strictness, I'm very pleased about it. As a woman, I have gotten creeped on at gyms before and have felt genuinely unsafe because of it. I appreciate their strict policies -- and, by signing a contract, all members are agreeing to respect the establishment & their rules. I definitely feel safer & would rather a strict gym than a relaxed gym.Quick tip, if you're looking to sign up for a membership, just call them before 4 pm to let them know you're going in to sign up for one at whatever time. I got out of class later than expected, and called ahead of time to let them know I was on my way -- Alex was able to help me out upon arrival. Apparently, you can also set up an appointment online to set up a membership. I understand this is a slight inconvenience, but for a gym that is safe, clean, modern, secured, and has a hardworking environment, its definitely been worth it.

Was in the area visiting some friends at Laguna Woods. I really wanted to get a work out in so I googled the nearest gyms, Anytime Fitness came up. I arrived on a Sunday morning around 945am. This particular location is 24/7 365 the door is automatically locked and you have to use a key fob to go in. I was lucky enough to have some young lady open the door. She had her airpods on and she looked so scared when I grabbed the door behind her. I said oh so you need to use a fob to open the door? She couldn’t hear me.. whatever. I look around hoping to find someone to check me in, I asked a couple members working out in the back if there were any staff working. They said there was a sign at the door that they are understaffed and no one is around. A bit odd, all signs point to join but if no one is available to help clients then why advertise?I was very surprised at how clean the location was but it is very small, probably less than 10 cardio machines. Let’s say its small but mighty. There are 4 or 5 restrooms that have showers in them as well. There is a studio, punching bags, trx, kettle bells jump ropes…etc. They have 1 of every weight machine out there. I would have loved to workout here but I left my gym bag in the car, I knew the door would close behind me and no one would open it. So instead, I went to the LA Fitness 5 mins from there.

I signed up last week and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Salina, the General Manager always has a smile on her face; Brent was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions about the equipment since I have not been to a gym in many years; and John was great when I needed help learning how to sync my phone to the treadmill program.I actually like that it is not a huge gym, which usually means lots of noise and waiting for machines. This is a smaller facility with everyone focusing on their workout and lots of open equipment. That may be because I don't work and can go during the day when most people are at work.
