I have reached out to customer service several times about homeless people coming into the gym at night. Nothing is being done. For the membership fee they are charging. You would think they would do something about it by now.

Poor staff availability.It seems like there is rarely on sight staff. There doesn't appear to be anyone assigned to electronic responses either.

I joined the 6 week Weightloss Challenge at Anytime Fitness which includes personal training 2 or 3x a week. The trainers have been awesome. It’s a nice size gym and the staff are friendly and helpful.
