I came in for TSA Precheck and I had the worse experience ever. The owner was absolutely rude and the employee Maria also had a very bad attitude and not willing to help when asked. They both looked angry and NO customer service skills at also. Their machine is not working properly and they blame the customer hands, for not being able to take proper fingerprints. They were rushing me even though were no customers waiting.If you need a TSA precheck please find another location.These people do not deserve anybody business.

I walk in the front door and I see everything under the sun EXCEPT for mailing supplies. This place looks more like a dollar store than a postal hub. Then when asking the clerk where something is I get a snarky answer from the clerk who never looked up.

TSA was super quick and easy I was a walk-in and was taken care of immediately. It was a little hard to find but I walked into the AIM mail center to ask for directions and what do you know, the tsa enrollment center is in there. If you’re going to get your tsa, it’s next to the subway near the staterbros and home depot.

Maria helped me with notarizing a form needed for my daughters passport. She was so helpful and knowledgeable, you can tell she knows what she’s doing!Everyone is always so kind and patient when I need help with shipping anything as well. Highly recommend!

I have been using AIM Mail Center services for many years. They have always been very helpful and offer packaging services that make mailing so much easier. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about shipping and mailing services from a variety of companies. Yesterday I was there to find out the cost of mailing a package to an international location. I informed them that I was not actually going to ship it, I just needed to know the rates. They went above and beyond and provided this information to me even though it took time and they knew they would not be making money on this service. I would highly recommend this business!

I stopped into this facility around 2pm on a Monday to mail a package priority mail Via USPS. The young lady behind the counter was having a very difficult time communicating to me my different options and pricing. WhiLe English was clearly not her first language, which is fine, she couldn't even communicate basics to me as to the services I was asking about including costs. Another woman behind the counter finally had to step in and help her. Ultimately, I paid for the postage to have it shipped priority mail only to discover when I put in the tracking number later that evening to check in its status, that the package was still in their store! It sat there overnight on Monday night (even they told me that the US mail had not been picked up yet for the day) and didn't even budge out of their store until sometime Tuesday afternoon. So essentially my package, that I paid for priority shipping, sat in their facility for almost 24 hours before it even left their store. Now I understand why they told me that priority mail, which is 2 to 3 days, couldn't be guaranteed not because of the US mail but because they didn't send it out properly from the store! I will never use this facility again and this is not the first time I've had issues with them. Considering they serve an older community, and I am in my 50s, I can only imagine the confusion an older person would experience using this facility.

This store is amazing!!! Maria behind the counter is so sweet and helpful. She helps me with all my shipments and drop offs, she even gives me receipts for my drop offs. :)

Very nice people work there. They are kind, patient and efficient. They are light years ahead of the service I would provide if I were behind the counter. Thus far I have refrained from commenting to the occasional rude customer I over hear. It is the weakest person who berates an employee, knowing that if they talk back they could lose their jobs. Grow up. Life has all sorts of problems and our job is to civilly handle them. Be nice, not nasty.

I would suggest not utilizing this mail center. They over charge for everything. They have higher prices compared to the other mail centers near by and service is subpar at best. I came in to mail two prepaid packages. I was charged $2 for less than 6inches of tape. The woman behind the counter waited until she taped my packages to notify me that I had to pay cash as card has a $5 minimum. This seems like something that should be posted or told to a customer when their order total (the two pieces of tape) would not total $5 or more. The entire place is sketchy, not only are their prices too high they sell knock off designer bags and knick knacks.

I dropped off an important international shipment with documents that were needed in Italy on a Friday at 1PM. I paid over $100 for an express service with DHL - when I dropped it off no one thought to tell me it would not go out until Monday - I would have taken it to the DHL service center if I had known that - do not use this place for anything important

The service was exceptionally slow and on a hot day waiting for 45 minutes with no air conditioning was very uncomfortable. I was surprised of the high rates. For example, a customer needed a stamp and was charged $1.00 for 58 cent stamp.

I am a local and often have to mail something in a pinch ,And/or Printer problems at home and the Employees at Aim are quite helpful .I decided to write this review today because they truly had surpassed my expectations once Again and felt it was appropriate that I make this review ..I came in at 5.05 pm and as usual had a printing issue , It was a emergency and (Dirk) was just leaving ,I mentioned that I needed someone Tech Savvy, and he over heard me and came back ,and asked me "How can I Help " Long story short ,He found the forms on line and printed them off for me ,Taking the time to ensure I was taken care of .. Dirk went above and beyond when I truly needed It ..Aim locked in my buisness ,and believe they'd serve a Pat on the back ,Thanks Dirk and the Aim family ! Hats of to you all!
