We bought an expensive electric chair from them. It has been nothing but problems. On the top of it, the rep has been rude, blaming us for the problems even though they relate to the chair’s electronic circuits. Stay away from them. There many better options.

We needed a home safety check with grab bar installation in the master bathroom shower and Steve Carpenter from Adapt2It was exceptional! He came to our home on time and was honest, fair, reliable, professional, and easy to work with. He did a fantastic job installing the grab bars. I would certainly recommend him, as well as Adapt2It.

Steve and Butch are great! They built a sturdy custom ramp for my mom at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Adapt 2 It for your medical supply needs!

I went into this store looking for a certain type of screw for my 97 year old Grandma's walker. They told me they had several different types and I had to bring the walker in before they would sell me the screw. I explained to them that I was more than willing to pay for several different types of screws but they still refused to sell me the screws. I believe they wanted me to bring it in so they could sell her a better walker. Will not go back to them, for anything. This is the second time this store has disappointed me, their service stinks! Beware.....go somewhere else, they are not the only game in town. So much for supporting local businesses.

We recently went to Adapt 2 it to shop for a walker for my mom. These are the important points: 1. Great selection 2. Expert in assessing my mom's needs 3. Fast delivery My mom is only 5 ft tall 105 lbs and she has Parkinson's. Adrian quickly figured out which walker would be suitable for my mom and explained the features of the walkers for us. If we had try to purchase one from Amazon, we wouldn't be able to get the exact model that my mom needs. We got a solid walker that's easy to operate.

I was desperate to find ankle and leg braces to assist me with drop foot and polyneuropathy. The hospital had given me metal supports that were so uncomfortable that I could not even wear them. Then I discovered Adapt 2 It in Laguna Woods. Not only did they have braces that were light weight but comfortable and lifted my feet so that I would not trip with drop foot. Adapt 2 It is the only store that I have found to carry these European made braces. Leslie and her staff were wonderful in assisting me and adjusting the straps so they fit me exactly. I can not say enough about their great service. I now live by the motto of this medical supply provider: "If you can not change it, adapt 2 it".

My husband was desperate. He had open heart surgery and couldn't sleep for over a month. He decided he needed a lift chair, with zero gravity w dual head and foot controls. My mom referred us to Adapt 2 in Laguna Woods because she rented a chair after her knee surgery. Lori helped him find the perfect chair for his height & weight and went out of her way to have delivery done today when originally delivery was supposed to be Monday! Lori and Adapt 2 provided excellent customer service. My husband will get his sleep tonight every night over the next month to aid in his rehabilitation and healing. Thank you Adapt 2!

Just called this place to ask some questions about wheelchairs, when they picked up they immediately put me on hold. I understand it can get busy so I listened to the hold music for a couple minutes. Then they picked up again and I could hear them talking to someone and then they hung up the phone on me. Terrible customer service from the start. Can't recommend them.

I was in a pickle and needed a device to help me with my broken foot while supporting my kids at a huge swim meet. I found a knee scooter that could get me around the venue to make everything less stressful, and it was a lifesaver. When renting the item, it was a really easy process, as was the return. If you end up hurt, and need to rent an assistance item this is definitely good place to go.
